    Even though I was notified 1 day earlier that there was no hot water, they didn’t even bother to transfer me to a different baymont nor charge a little cheaper. The hotel does not look nothing like the pictures they post on line. The staff was great and friendly. Would not stay here again.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS! It isn’t as it appears. We didn’t feel safe or want to leave our car in the parking lot. Looked like a crime scene. No sign on the building. A palm tree down in the parking lot. Blinds all wonky in the windows. Just creepy! Then Expedia wasn’t going to refund us - they couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel. Finally got it sorted.

    All ice machines in the hotel were broken. The elevator was broken. I asked for a room on the first floor and was told there were none available. I had to carry two coolers and two bags up the back stairs. The food in my coolers spoiled.

    I liked the location. It was close to all I was needing. They do not accept cash. I went to pay for my drink from their pantry/vending area. I was told they don’t take cash but could charge to my room. I would have rather paid cash. My husband and I traveled 9 hours to get there for my husbands surgery on his arm. Right after we got back from his surgery I was needing to get ice. His dr wanted him to ice it 3 times a day. They had no working ice machines apparently on any floor. Was extremely inconvenient!

    The property is undergoing a renovation and therefore is experiencing some inconsistencies. My room had brand new wallpaper and carpet, but the light switch was old and a little dirty. The shower rod had a little rust on it, but the bathroom counter was new granite. The soap dispenser for the bathroom sink had not been attached to the wall and was just sitting by the sink, complete with wall mount, just not mounted. But, the bed was comfortable with clean, new sheets and the towels were new and fluffy. I'm sure once they finish the remodel and do a little quality control, it will be nicer.

    Breakfast was good, room was older looking but clean. They did add a $50,00 refundable deposit upon check-in. Thankfully we had copy of the receipt when the room was paid for through Expedia, lady at the front desk tried to tell us that we owed for the room.

    This property was very welcoming of pets - I travel with 2 cats. The staff was great and even offered to help me with everything that I travel with due to the cats. Their elevator was down during the time I was there. I didnt mind as there are only 3 floors to the property and I was on the 2nd floor. I just made several trips unloading and loading the vehicle. They have a gym and pool. I did not have time to check out the gym and the pool was closed as it is March. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I could not hear my neighbors and found out why, I didnt have any on one side and the other side, they were only there one night I think. Only a small fridge in the room - no freezer or microwave. If I wanted to heat my food, they said I could use the microwave in the kitchen area where they serve breakfast, The shower pressure was awesome and I could play freeze out in the room if I wanted - meaning the a/c worked great! The staff was so helpful with everyone. I lurked in the background at times just watching. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

    The hotel overall was decent but some areas were in need of repair. The elevator was not operational and I was assigned a second floor room which was difficult as I was traveling with my adult disabled child whose mobility is diminished. When asked if a ground room floor was available, I was told the same type of room (king) wasn’t available. I said any room would do but was told that it couldn’t be changed. Luckily I was able to get us up the stairs. The room was clean, the bed was decent, and the water pressure in shower was great. The air conditioner was so-so and several of the tv channels weren’t coming through (poor signal message). The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast but the only beverage available was juice. No coffee or water. However the morning desk attendant was very friendly so it was nice to leave on a high note!

    Nothing Everything. Especially the 4 times my card was charged and being told by the front desk manager that she was trying to figure it out but couldn’t with me “hovering” over her. Over $500 extra was taken out. Best believe I’m gonna hover.

    I liked NOTHING about the hotel. The hotel was not operating and the lady at the desk said they were not open and did not have the Baymont computer systems installed. We had to look for another hotel at 11 p.m. Thank God Holiday Inn had a room for us. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!¡ We were turned away because the hotel was not open for business, but yet on your website you accepted my money when you knew the hotel was not open for business!!

    Elevator was out, water filtration system was not working, so you couldn’t drink the water and the breakfasts were poor. They used Mr. Coffee pots for coffee and they were always empty. Will not be staying here again. I feel like the elevator and water filtration issues should have been mentioned at booking!

The room seemed very clean with these exceptions: all 3 bottles in the shower were empty (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner). There was also a used face cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. The breakfast was inedible unfortunately. The eggs and potatoes were LOADED with salt. The bacon tasted extremely salty too. The waffle makers still managed to get the waffle mixture stuck on them really bad, even though we sprayed them beforehand…so maybe the spray was old or something? I like this hotel and its staff so I hope these things improve. The front desk young woman that checked us in was kind and welcoming. I like that the hotel has a number of essentials if you forgot them.

It looked old, run down and unclean. And the elevators were out of order so i had to carry luggage up stairs. They should have had a workaround for that. Doors would not close.     Location was good, food was awesome, staff was nice and helpful, and pool was okay. My room wasn't a king size I asked for, there was no microwave that was showed on pictures, refrigerator was not working, no internet I used my hotspot, bathroom tub and shower wasn't working properly, ice machine was broken, and elevator was making a funny noise.

There were stuff around the bed skirt (stained & food), the rest of linens were clean. The outside furniture to the pool needs to be replaced badly. Breakfast was 6/10.

    Stay was pleasant. Hotel as clean. Shower was clean, good water pressure. Had to ask for extra towels. We only had 2 bath towels. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great! Breakfast was good but they ran out of food and there was a long wait to replenish the trays. Had a very good variety to eat and drink. Loved having a cookie to eat in the evenings.

    The shower gel (empty) and wash clothes were not in bathroom that I had to improvise. Housekeeping forgot to date or check their bath supplies. Although I had my own I did not have it in the bathroom when I showered.

    The location was great for my agenda. The check in was fast and efficient. The young lady was super nice. The thing that was most important to me was the bed. It was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. I don’t normally sleep well at hotels but I did here.

    I asked about the pool, and was told it was “closed for the season.” It was 90 degrees outside. The pool was a large part of what attracted us to the hotel. We were shown to the disabled room, and it was very warm when we arrived but the a/c was on and eventually got cool. Bathrooms, breakfast and mattress were all gross. I used to be a Hilton customer through and through. This hotel changed that.

    The overall area was fantastic, as were the staff and other staying guests. The ice machines on the first and second floor were broken, so the third floor was the only place to go for ice. The room was amazing, however there were always ants in the bathroom even when things were cleaned, and we were staying on the second floor. Not sure if there was anything in the walls or if they were coming up the drain, but it made going to the bathroom and showering a little longer than desired as the ants would need rinsed down the drain or wiped off the floor. Outside of that small inconvenience, the place and staff were fantastic.

    I had reserved a double room for myself, my husband, and our grandchildren. All they had available when we checked in was a handicap room which was a minor inconvenience. However they were still cleaning it when we got there, leaving us to stand in the hall. They were apologetic and trying to hurry, but I wish we had known before we hauled kids and luggage up there. The biggest disappointment, however, was that the pool was closed. I chose it because it had a pool so the kids could swim and would have chosen another hotel if I had known. The website doesn't mention the pool closure.

    The Pros: the complimentary breakfast was great and had lots to choose from, the lady at the front counter was incredibly nice and helpful, and they had free laundry available. They were the only good things about the place. The Cons: the hallway was really hot and the hallway flooring under the carpet felt like it was falling apart, the room had a terrible metallic smell (like old gross pennies), the outdated window shade didn’t work right, they didn’t give us any hand or body soap (although the lady at the front was happy to supply soap when we asked), and the bathroom was awful. The bathroom door lock didn’t work and the door was full of scratches and looked like it had been broken out of, the light over the mirror was broken at one end, the tub looked gross with stains, and the wall where the curtain rod was attached didn’t match the rest of the wall. Overall, it could’ve been worse, but the ratings here were misleading and I really wished I had chosen differently.

    I liked the reception we got. Elizabeth welcomed us with a big, friendly smile and actually paid attention to our special request for a quiet room due to my surgery the next day.     We used to stay at a different hotel that was closer to where our family lives. But it’s a bit rundown so we decided to try something different. Our suite was huge and comfortable Definitely worth the extra few minutes of driving time when visiting family
