The staff was exceptional. The rooms are wonderful. The building itself is a little dated but they have updated the room so well worth it. I didn't use a lot of the amenities like the pools so can't really speak to that.

This location don't come with no pots or pans, you will have do extra cleaning because they don't. No pool or any where chill out . Only here until apartment becomes available but wish I went to another location like Westlake or great northern.

Overall it was good wished the pool would have been open with this hot weather but it was closed!

Parecía abandonado el hotel, el cuarto no tenía nada de utensilios de cocina.

Called front desk 3 days after returning home about the $29.63 feet on my card, she stated that it would be applied back to my card and it was not returned. I would have to question my return there in the near future.

Worst place I have ever stayed.

This property was a dump. There were random people just sitting on the ground adjacent to the property. I was checking in; I could tell the lady was about to have an attitude with me. Then some random lady who evidently worked on the property burst in demanding keys and threatening the front desk woman that she’s going to call management on her or something. There was a heated exchange and the woman checking me in slammed a clipboard down for her and tossed keys onto the counter then the other woman finally left, trying to apologize last minute for totally interrupting my check-in & acting crazy. As she was mumbling “I’m sorry,” the check-in lady was speaking to me about my room and just kept talking louder to drown other woman out. She said, “I’m sorry, that was unprofessional.” I said “…it was Something…” THE WHOLE THING WAS SO AWKWARD! The room was old, had stained carpet, and smelled like they previously tried Really hard to remove cigarette smoke smells from it…we got ONE towel for the two of us to shower, no towel to put on the floor to step on and never had we needed a towel more desperately because the shower turned the entire bathroom floor into a lake with having had no shower curtain liner! I’ll never stay here again and after a less than stellar experience at the one in Orlando, FL, I won’t ever be staying at a Sonesta Simply Suites ever again.

The room was not the one i reserved, i was told they don't have one like that with a fireplace and i said thats what i reserved, the room was dirty, smelled terrible, carpets were sticky with a blood stain by the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush right which i was told "it was a water saving toilet so you hold the handle down", the curtains were stained, the couch was uncomfortable and stained up. The table they had in the room was super wobbly and felt like it was going to collapse. The ceiling was covered with cob webs and dust. The stove and hood were missing knobs, no dishes but had a dishwasher, the light by the bed had no bulbs in it. The foot stool by the couch was falling apart. I dont think they even vacuumed. The only good thing was the fridge and thats it!! Dont waste you time or money to stay here..

The exterior is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. It's the inside that is horrible. Nasty walls and carpet. It smells like they've sprayed a cheap scent to try to mask other horrible smells. Our room was even worse. Nasty urine smell as soon as we opened the door. No trash can. No linens for the fold out bed. Everything was greasy to the touch. The carpet was so grimy I wore my shoes the entire time. Cigarette burns on all the tables. No cookware or utensils at all. Hotels.com advertised breakfast included but they have not had that in years. Advertised a swimming pool but it doesn't work. Signs all over that they are remodeling but there was no actual construction work going on to indicate remodeling. Smelled so bad I gagged. Canceled our booking and got a refund. Went to the Crown Plaza down the road.

Didn't have what was advertised. Check other reviews. Bugs are problem.

Room is not clean, feels old. Bed sheets wasn't clean, and when we asked for a new sheets, only one bed been changed. Thank God it was only one night.
-
Staff was very nice, but the room was smelling, lots of dirt spots in the floor, dirt bathroom, fine for one night, but I expected something better.
-
The room was not as described online. Urine stains all over the carpet. Carpet deodorant powder left on the floor that the staff denied being there. Drawers falling apart. Pool and hot tub were both closed. Everything in the place looked like it hadn't been cared for in a very long time. Staff was rude and combative when issues were brought up. Didnt even stay in the room. Told the staff I was attempting to get a refund and their response was "good luck with that".

The staff member, Shana was very helpful in changing our room due to poor phone and TV connection problems. After changing our room, the only problem we had was a strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. We reported it immediately, but due to the late hour did seek to move into another room. Shana was professional, courteous and very helpful.

I didn’t like waiting 30 minutes for the front desk attendant to show up after we had driven 10 hours to get there. And then the booking wasn’t even able to be completed because the computer system was broken. We ended up having to book a different hotel. Very bad experience. Do not recommend staying here. And I do not recommend using booking.com

Nothing It was filthy. Curtains were ripped. Room smelled liked dog piss.

Canceling a reservation the day of because "no credit card was on file" when my American Express info is in the reservation. Then when I arrive they can't find my reservation and when I shown the confirmation with Amex info, they shrug and carry on. Sad.
