We were pleasantly suprised. The property showed it's age - super small, no frills lobby. But when we got to the room, it had been refurbished and was really nice. The room had a small kitchen complete with large refrigerator and a stove. The bedroom was separate which was really nice. The TVs didn't work so if that's important to you then it would be wise to verify that they were working.

From the outside of the establishment it looks like a nice apartment building. However once you get into the building (I stayed in building B) it’s disgusting and has an odor. The carpet is nasty with stains. I stayed in suite 218. It’s a nice size suite for the price but the room itself was disgusting. The stove was not working. The oven door was hanging and didn’t close properly. There were stains everywhere. On all the appliance the refrigerator was dirty. The dressers had splashed food and drinks all over them. The pullout sofa linen that hadn’t been changed. Dirt and debris and also dark red unknown stains. No help or assistance from the front desk stains. Didn’t talk much or wasn’t very pleasant. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room bc they refused me a refund.

Our stay was great, it served all purposes and rate was great. I would add building numbers had to go back to see which building we were in.

It was also difficult locating our room as they’re not very well marked to what building is what and where to go.

We also had difficulties operating the television. Anytime we tried to change the channel, we had to reset the signal input to HDMI1 as it would revert to AV (minor, but annoying). FYI, several of the guests appear to be on extended stays at this location, and the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. To top off our stay, the fire alarm went off around 11:30 pm causing us to vacate the room until the fire department did their sweep. We noticed many of the residents did not leave their rooms for the alarm indicating this is a normal occurrence. I will not be staying at this location in the future.

The area was nice the property was a bit run down. The help was very nice and did their best. They had issues with their TV service and took a long while to correct.

We stayed at this property for 2 days, and it's an extended stay and 2 days was enough of a stay. It's an older property and there's rust and some water damage, but overall it's not a bad place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure was very good. It's quiet with free parking. Near restaurants so you don't have to drive far. It's right next to the expressway so it's easy to get around Cleveland. If you need an affordable place to stay for a couple days I would recommend this place.

They let us check the room for bedbugs before us paying for the room since we came from another hotel that we immediately seen them. We got a refund and left to this one. This one was bug free! Friendly staff! Very cute property. Very cute room! Very comfy bed! Husband and I enjoyed our stay!
