Finished with a zesty touch of lime and served alongside a refreshing avocado and citrus salad for a sunny, beachside vibe. 2. Lemon Curd–Stuffed Challah French Toast Thick slices of golden challah bread, filled with house-made lemon curd and griddled to a perfect crisp. Finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a medley of fresh seasonal berries. 3. Chicken Paillard Tender thinly pounded chicken breast, panko-crusted and pan-seared to perfection. Served with a light arugula salad, cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and a lemon vinaigrette. A simple yet elegant dish full of fresh, vibrant flavors.

While the property location is excellent, my overall experience was frustrating due to multiple billing and service issues. At check-out, I was charged over $1,000 in additional fees for three guests in my party, despite having booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite for five guests through Booking.com. I raised the issue immediately at check-out and showed my Booking.com confirmation, but the front desk insisted the charge was valid. Afterward, Booking.com confirmed that all applicable charges, including extra guest fees and resort fees, had already been included in the original reservation payment. Resolving the issue required multiple follow-ups with the hotel, Booking.com, and Marriott customer service. I was passed between several representatives before someone finally acknowledged that the charge should not have been applied. A review was promised within a few business days, but that timeline was not met. The refund was eventually processed, but only after significant effort on my part. There were also other billing discrepancies at check-out, including resort fees that had already been paid, which I had to dispute before leaving. In addition, our room was not ready until approximately 5:30 PM despite a published 4:00 PM check-in time and earlier assurances that a 1:00 PM check-in might be possible. The hotel ultimately corrected the billing error. However, the combination of inaccurate charges, delayed check-in, and the amount of time required to resolve issues made what should have been a relaxing stay unnecessarily stressful. I hope the hotel improves front desk training and billing procedures so future guests do not encounter similar problems.

Kinda surprised at the W South Beach. Decent pool, but not enough food options. Basically one restaurant supplying mostly the same food to the pool, bar and restaurant.I liked it but didn’t love it. The adult only pool was kinda dismal. And the main pool you had to relocate every few hours if you wanted sun. Not what We were expecting. Probably a one and done. Great staff though.

Rooms were spacious hallways smelled amazing staff was so nice and accommodating and helpful with bags and answering questions , waited for your uber with you to go anywhere and opened the doors for you , overall amazing staff and prime location for beach access and there is the main pool , and a private adults only pool also if you wanted to be secluded. I wish the resort had a jacuzzi though, like multiple. Would’ve topped the cake for me. But overall very happy spending the amount I did to stay there for 4 nights 10000/10

Gorgeous facilities right off the ocean. Beautiful ocean view from our room. Clean, friendly service who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect, with direct beach access and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. This was the perfect vacation for me and my significant other. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the stunning views to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. If you’re looking for a luxurious South Beach experience with convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend the W South Beach. We had an incredible time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The beach was beautiful, and the staff at the beach were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining cleanliness and were consistently kind, professional, and helpful. The only thing I did not like was the reception and welcome experience. Ms. Tracey did not make us feel welcomed and did not take the time to greet our family upon arrival. She also suggested upgrading our room, but we did not feel it was necessary, as the room we had was already spacious and comfortable for three people. In addition, the towels were not as clean as expected. They appeared discolored and looked dirty rather than fresh and white.
