we stayed on level 9. the views overlooking the water were spectacular. sunsets, the cliff, birds flying, above us was a cirtus grove. the location and proximity to local stores and restaurants was great. The staff was very helpful and assisted with local questions. The biggest complaint was the bed. it was incredibly hard. like sleeping on a hard box spring foundation your mattress is suppose to be on. we had 5 blankets and padded the bed under the bottom sheet helped a little. a $40 mattress topper would have done wonders. loved the kitchenette, but no soap ,rags or scrubies to clean a plate , kind of odd. makes me wonder if the plates and pans were cleaned earlier ? We stayed for 6 or 7 nights. when we asked for towels after 3 or 4 days, we were told $5 per towel. Really ??

free parking near a great little part of town, easy to reach beach and restaurants

Awesome staff, great view and location, free parking, free activities " water slides, swimming pool" Cleaness wasnt perfect. the room didnt have tables to put stuff on.

I was so disappointed staff were rude and unfriendly Nothing was open restaurants and facilities all closed Everything was very dirty Was told I had to pay for breakfast when it was supposed to be included Staff never helped with anything

Location, beach and sea front restaurants not too far, the air con and fridge in the room were fantastic! Rooms could do with some modernisation (basic/school trip style feel)

The pool was beautiful. But hours are limited only open until 6:30. close proximity to cafe and stores. Beautiful grounds are well kept They stated there was a hot tube but didn’t state it wasn’t in use. It was completely drained out with swamp water in the bottom. No soap in room. Walls are paper thin could hear people going at it at 2:30 in the morning. Vending machine was broken and ate my money until I asked for assistance from the front desk. Bathroom not super clean

We were welcomed very late at night. The concierge was very polite & carried my case. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. The view was beautiful. Nothing. Although expensive for camping, it is relatively inexpensive for this location.

Very good position, close to Sorrento. Friendly staff, a big thank you to Angela the lady at the bar, Always smiling, friendly, helpful?My daughter enjoyed a lot the kids club and make her feel more independent as well.. I would definitely recommend this lace for family's holiday. It would be nice to have more towels. Ensure you bring your own towels as they would provide with 2 towels per person per week.

The view from our bungalow was amazing. Took a very long time to check in. Didn’t get the room we paid for.

Location was good, small town outside of Sorrento with good access to a train line. Beach restaurants were close and good. Beach is quite a few stairs down but views from the bungalows are nice. Bed was very hard. There were a lot of teenagers here who appeared to be on school trips. This made the environment loud at times but overall wasn’t too much of an issue.

The service from the staff, e.g. they they offered to pick us up from the bus stop when arriving (and drive us there when leaving). The pool area was opened some days in advanced of the scheduled 15 May. This was very popular among the children and youts in our company.

The facilities for children are brilliant. The kitchenette could have more utensils as it’s self catering.

Our room was updated, very clean and bright. Great bathroom and had a view of a sunset. Accessible to open patio areas; pool and kids playground. Bring your mosquito spray! If you sit outside in the evenings, you’ll need some repellent on hand. Nothing against the property as they have access to some beautiful views.
