Light Rail access and grocer across the street are the best parts here.

There is bed bugs, roaches and crack heads do not go here unless you want to get bit up
-
The towels were so dirty lucky we brought our own, the outside looks great the inside of the rooms are old and used. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it The stove was dirty and the tables all needed to be dusted the internet was slow, the ac was not cold at all. I really wish they had clean towels, they need to care about the side of the rooms now

There is a bare wall with appliances from the 80s. There is cracked floors, and walls. The management is very aggressive and threatening. No breakfast. It's not a safe area in town.

Didn’t look like the pictures at all

Parking is fine. The outside is nice. But the rooms are not upgraded. Linens were disgusting with a lot of stains.

Great, quiet, convenient place to stay in Mesa. Highly recommend!

We were able to look around more after we returned to the property and it was absolutely filthy. There was clearly a bug problem. There were crumbs left over from a previous guess. The refrigerator was gross. Cigarette burns in the sheets. The shower was dirty. The manager refused a refund because he’d offered another room. Seriously doubt another would have been any better. He also denied that there were any bugs. Had to find other accommodations at the last minute. The place would have been fine, if a bit dated, for the three days if the cleanliness has not been abysmal. The listing photos are also an obvious bait and switch. I see now that there are earlier replies telling people that they have to book a studio for the updated rooms, but I did book a studio and was not checked into a nicer room. Instead we were told that the bugs we could see with our own eyes didn’t exist and denied a refund that shouldn’t have even been questioned.

I would not recommend staying at this motel. The room and bathroom was dirty. We ended up

The mattress was terrible, the pillows were stained and the pillow covers did not even cover the pillow. The towels were stained too. No lamp by either bed or closet to hang up your clothes. The fridge did not work at all !

We were upgraded to a studio room for free which was the only positive part of the stay. The bathroom had a dirty rag and hair in the shower. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we arrived. The glass on the table was also not secured to the frame in any way and was easy to bump and almost knock off. The bedroom had dead roaches under the head of the bed and no easily accessible plugs near the bed. There was only one table in the opposite corner, no nightstands. The sheets are washed in a scented soap, so it was irritating to my sensitive skin and made my husband and I very itchy. Staff were friendly and check in and out were pretty seamless but thankful that we were only there for one night.

Excellent stay for the price. No complaints!

Not very clean, trash and dead bugs through out both rentals. Sheets were noticeably not very clean either

We left a day early knowing we paid for an extra day - I didn’t care - the room was supposed to be “nonsmoking” but there was an ashtray in there and it REEKED of stale smoke. The towels looked crusty and old, I didn’t DARE to even attempt to take a shower because I didn’t want to touch the towels. The room was laughably damaged, it looked like someone had taken a hammer to the stove and refrigerator. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows could barely be called that due to how thin they were - even trifolded they barely provided any support. And to top it off, the BUGS came out at night! Not one, not two, but THREE creepy crawlies (including what looked to be a small cockroach) came out in the bathroom during the middle of the night - NO THANKS! Hightailed it out of there. Gave the staff themselves low ratings because the woman that unlocked the doors for us looked at us like “why are you bothering me?” and the man that checked us in barely said 2 words to us. Completely unwelcoming - that should have been the first sign to run. NEVER AGAIN! Definitely a case of “buyer beware” / “you get WORSE than you pay for”. Gross - Gross - Gross. The photos on hotels.com looked like they had recently renovated - DEFINITELY NOT, at least not the room we stayed in… Feels like a case of “false advertising”…

The room was kinda nice. Roomy. Shower not bad.. They yelled at me for making a reservation online. They wanted to me to pay them and in cash. They did not want to pay the percent to the hotel app companies. Unethical and illegal. They also gave me the wrong room number and unfortunately it was already occupied. It was very disturbing for me and the naked hotel guest who had that room. They are racist and were very misogynistic to my wife. Rawls is also apart of Regency motel. They need to be audited

This place is nasty - don't go. I have stayed in cheap run down motels before, but this place was filthy.
