The location of the place. It's only 9 mins walk from the central station and so close to the center. And Vincenzo is very helpful and accommodating. We were told we can check in at 10:30 am so by the time we get there around past 12 noon, we get to relax in our room and start our sightseeing. Breakfast is a bomb. And we get to meet other people during breakfast as we get to sit together in one big table. Honestly, nothing. I give this place a 10. And I would definitely come back here and would recommend this to my clients.

Excellent location at entrance to sassi but in a comfortable spacious very safe location (historic residential building to elite government cadres). Newly renovated and modern, good bed, excellent shower (size, water pressure) and friendly atmosphere with lovely Italian breakfast included. Vincenzo who owns and runs the place is wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Da Vinci! The staff was very kind and supportive. Special thanks to Vincenzo, for his suggestions in terms of places to visit and to eat. Recommended places to eat were indeed very good, both in terms of the price and food quality! The breakfast is very nice too, so you can be both full and satisfied. The location is wonderful! Just right in front of all sightseeings. So in terms of price-and-quality it's an amazing choice!
