The location is very convenient to visit the old city and there are parking spaces directly behind the hotel. The staff was very kind, the breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Definitely to recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit this remarkable city.

Good location and modern Says 5 star hotel but no restaurant, no pool, no gym. At $550 per night and no included bfast and no one manning the bar. Also, never any towels in the public bathrooms. Very dirty ceiling windows in lobby.

The staff specially Valerio and cynzia Where very nice. The room excellent 0 complains, the location 12 out of 10 near everthing, we love it alot we like everything A little expensive for long stays or for booking several days

It was very modern architecturally, and well appointed. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for wandering through the town and ways in and out with a car as well. The bathroom lighting was difficult for applying makeup and there wasn’t a mirror option elsewhere.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Amazing parking access and close to old town. Leaking shower in suite. For the amount of money balkony furnitures shall be cleaned and prepared.

Great stay, awesome bar, very diverse breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. Super friendly staff! The bar works until 9pm (but the staff helps put with anything easy :)).

The old city of Matera is right behind the hotel, yet you can drive up and park right behind the hotel. I was upgraded to a suite which was large and spacious. Service was excellent.
