Wonderful, large, upscale hotel in the city center, close to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and local bus routes. The room is spacious and well appointed, and fresh fruit was left for me throughout my stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bedding was new and high end. I had a balcony overlooking one of the two pools and inner courtyard. The shower was large, marbled, and had everything I needed. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh omelette and unique Moroccan dishes, along with fruit, salad, meats and cheeses, vegetables and potatoes, and plenty of coffee. Nothing

Staff really tried to make our one night experience a good one. The hotel is well managed. Very clean!

Our family of 4 (9y and 7y kids) stayed here a total of 4 nights, split on either end of our organized tour of Morocco. The pools are great for families and we spent a lot of our downtime cooling off and playing board games on the surrounding tables. Our rooms were very clean, and one unexpectedly had rose petals on top of towels folded in fancy designs. We received fruit baskets and bottled water, and a fridge in each room. We could hear construction across the street during the day, but we weren’t trying to sleep off hours so it wasn’t a problem. We had breakfast included, don’t miss the omelette station hidden outside in the corner of the pool area! No concerns coming back if our travels return us to Marrakech!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. There was a selection of French pastries, Moroccan breakfast items, fresh fruits, and meats. Enjoying breakfast by the pool was a perfect way to start the day. The restaurant staff were attentive, clean, and helpful in answering questions about the food. The hotel lobby is spacious and ideal for relaxing, making private calls, or enjoying a cup of coffee in peace. I had to extend my stay and they made the change smooth and no questions asked. Thank you to Mr Hussein for the positive attitude and been very welcoming. Overall, I was very happy with my experience from check-in to checkout

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and authentic, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is excellent, close to key attractions while remaining quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well presented, offering a good variety of options. Overall, the quality of service exceeded our expectations. We truly felt well taken care of and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service.

Everything was on point the manager EL houssaine was the best very helpful the other staff were amazing too, we booked at the very last minute but we got a cleaned room right away they made sure that everything was right it will be my favorite stay at Marrakech Nothing everything met our expectation

A very nice property in a lovely location in Marrakech! Outside of the craziness of the Medina, this hotel lets you experience the city that most people live in. El Houssain was terrific in making sure we were comfortable and cared for.

While waiting for a tour group we stayed here. It is a very clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel, close to the train station and other amenities in the city.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The reception staff was wonderful and very helpful. They were kind and looked after all our needs.

Communication might be a little bit frustrating for someone who speaks English only.

The hotel was fantastic That some of the pool staff demanded that you buy a drink before they gave you a towel for the pool.
