Our stay in Marrakesh was exceptional. The manager and staff create an atmosphere that feels like home, greeting you with warmth and genuine care from the moment you arrive. Their attention to detail and incredible hospitality make every visit special, and the food is consistently outstanding. This is our third stay at this Riad, and each time we return, it truly feels like walking back into our home in Marrakesh. Highly recommended! -

This review is for Riad Spice; we were moved there because Riad Cinnamon had some construction nearby. It was a beautiful and stylish riad with a great central location. We appreciated all the help navigating Marrakech, including the app and restaurant recommendations. Zouhair was super helpful and accessible. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great staff and beautiful rooms.

The room we reserved was spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Value for your money is not there. Breakfast was average at best. There are much better riads in the area for less money. Do your research.

Moshin was really lovely and helpful. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen and we slept really well. Breakfast was really good. Fresh coffee, local bread, eggs and fruit. Nice and healthy Just a personal choice but it would have been nice to be able to order drinks or snacks as it can be tiring going out for food and drinks all the time but I understand this is not possible in a small riad

Location wise we couldn’t have been more central! The Rhiad is an oasis int hr middle of the Souks. Mosh-im and all the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, giving restaurant recommendations, organising taxis, coming out to meet us when we were lost and the breakfasts were amazing! The rooms are authentic but a little dark. Our suite had a mezzanine level with a tv and sofa but the ceiling was so low we couldn’t actually sit up there. It didn’t affect our experience at all though.

The location was excellent and the staff could not do enough to help us with anything we requested. Once in the riad it provided the perfect quiet oasis in such a busy city.

Stayed with a friend in March and impressed by the Fantastic service , everyone was Very welcoming . Interesting accommodation. Good transfer from airport to Riad door Nice food Excellent location Big rooms Felt very safe Issues were dealt with appropriately.

Very nice Riad with a good location in the souk. The staff were great super helpful and friendly. The hotel is nice however could be more clean. The room I stayed in was very humid with bad ventilation.

The staff were fabulous, 11 out of 10. The location was great right in the middle of the souks in the heart of the center. The breakfast was good. The room is outdated and the bathroom it looks that was left in concrete. The room had a lot of cracks in the walls. The electric plugs didn’t work and some of them were outside of the wall hanged by the wires. The pool was much smaller then it looks in the pictures and the view from the terrace was not so great.

The team were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and mint tea were delicious. Book a taxi through the Riad as you will never find it alone!

We can’t express enough how wonderful of a stay this was for our family! The facilities are lovely and authentic, the food is phenomenal, and the hospitality was superb! Mohsin went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. He even helped immensely when we had a problem on the way to the airport. We will absolutely stay here again on any future trips to Marrakesh!

Lovely staff, probably the best treatment we had in Morocco. Very peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom and shower felt very nice. Although the bed and bathroom was amazing, the rest of the furniture and decorations felt a little cheap and out of place. It was not a major issue, but modern-ish couches and Buddha statues felt a little strange. Also, the small street was a little hard to find and was very much under construction, so getting there was a little muddy.

Friendliness of the staff. Good location for wandering the souks. The noise. It is a traditional Riad with large central courtyard. It was beautiful, but noisy. All of the bedrooms face onto the courtyard. We shared the Riad with one other large family group. They liked to talk about their adventures of the day every evening, and stayed up later than us. It was impossible to get to sleep with 10 people all talking, trying to make their voice heard over the others. After the staff spoke to them about it, things did improve, but it was a problem until they left.

The staff here are incredible they go out of their way to help you. The food and service was outstanding The room was a lot smaller than it looked on the pictures online. One of the beds was very uncomfortable, we turned the mattress and that solved the problem. It is difficult to find so it would be better if there was a sign at the end of the lane pointing to where the riad is located.
