The location could not have been better. And Beatrice and her team were warm and welcoming. They gave us great advice for sightseeing, meals, and how to get the best deals for things we wanted to purchase. It was overall a delightful experience. Not due to Riad Malfa, but just something to know anywhere in the Medina — the call to prayer is very early in the morning.

Need nicer duvets and blankets

The hotel’s location is excellent and the facilities were top notch. The staff were extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mohammed who kindly arranged transport for me on the morning of my departure. He also helped me with the air conditioner when I was having trouble with it and told me where to change my currency. The hotel is very well cleaned and maintained

Wonderful riad at a great location! We were upgraded to a better room for free, the host was amazing, always willing to help and the breakfast was wonderful! The place is really worth the money!

We had a wonderful time at this Riad. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly to us. We would recommend this place to anyone! The food we had for dinner was a bit expensive compared to other places we ate at but still good.

Very quiet and an oasis from the chaos! Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Little bit older, could use some renovations, but very functional.

The owner Beatrice is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and location are good. The rooms are a bit old and need some updating. Floors are dusty. Bathroom was smelly.

Beatrice was very welcoming and warmhearted person. She arranged the pickup service for us and prepared for a delicious breakfast. Although we arrived very early in the morning and had to leave also very early, she was very adaptive to our schedule, which we appreciate enormously. The room is also very cozy and there are good warm waters in the shower. Location is perfect, very close to the main square!! None

The location is terrific, right in the heart of the Medina. We enjoyed the rooftop, and breakfast was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I know it gets terribly hot in Marrakech in the summer and it’s difficult to combat the heat, but the air conditioning unit was not at all up to the task. It was uncomfortably hot in the room with no real air flow, to the point that it was better to be outside in the full heat with a chance of a breeze. We opened the air conditioning unit at one point to see if it was broken and it looked like the filter had never been cleaned, so we did that ourselves. It helped, but shouldn’t have been our responsibility. All this said, if we could have had a more comfortable temperature in our room, we wouldn’t have had any other issues with our stay.

Nothing , all bad and scams I went there and they gave me bad room with ac not working and the guys insisted me to say AC was working and than he asked me another 50 dharam so he can change the room for me It’s so inside the city like 30 minutes walk from square

Beatrice was super sweet and extremely accommodating. We had to get up early to go to the hot air balloon ride and she woke up to make us breakfast. The room is super clean and simple and the location is perfect. 5-10 min from the main plaza depending on the time of day. Breakfast is abundant with numerous different things to eat and the rooftop is gorgeous to sit at to relax. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return if I ever find myself back in Marrakech. Not even a huge problem as my cousin spoke French, but Beatrice does not speak English however I would not let that be your reason to not stay at this Riad!!

Clean linens and good location. Staff was friendly and got up early to make us breakfast because we had an early flight. No hand soap in room. The lock on the door was flimsy and could have very easily been broken, and the staff opened the window when they cleaned the room. This resulting in our feeling that our stuff was not secure in the room when we went out.

The staff very helpfull. Mohamed & Ismail from front office were extremelly helpfull. The riad is very well located, quite and nicely decorated. The owner beatriz also very very kind. The breakfast in the terrace also very nice The only thing to comment the shower bit old

The staff was very welcoming! The location in the old medina was great, yet it was very quiet.

Staff, Beatrice and Ezmel were a great team making us feel comfortable and safe. Breakfast was huge and they gave us a full breakfast at 3:30am so we could get to the airport for an early morning flight our final day. Rooms were a good size, beds comfortable and air conditioning. Roof garden where breakfast and dinner was surved was lovely. They arranged reasonably priced day tours and have a bar serving cocktails at the end of the day. Nothing other than I wish we could have stayed longer.

What don’t we love about Riad Malfa! This is one of my favorite places in the world. This is our second time staying here because we adore it so much. The staff!!! Unbelievable! The breakfast, best I’ve ever had! You get tea and cookies when you arrive, Simba the kitty is our favorite, the rooms are lovely and the AC works great. One of us got sick and the staff helped us stay longer, were SO kind, and I just can’t express how much at home I felt here. Please stay!!!! Wi-Fi can be a little spotty but they have three networks which is great! The drain backs up but that’s Morocco.

Riad Malfa was an ABSOLUTE DREAM!! We loved every moment of it! First off, the room was absolutely perfect-- large, beautiful, CLEAN! The staff was INCREDIBLE! I can't remember their names but the cleaner was outstanding. Madhu (we think was his name), the male receptionist was the loveliest human we have ever interacted with. The living spaces and the rooftop was stunning, and the breakfast....oh boy the breakfast I will dream about until the day I die. Eggs, pastries, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yoghurt, crepes, bread, fresh juice, delicious jams and argon butter...my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Plus Simba the kitty always kept us entertained. I could not rate a place higher, we are coming back in a week literally just to stay here again haha like I am not even joking. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!! Please adopt me Nothing! The shower could drain better but like, old moroccan pipes who cares!

The riad was beautiful and in a great location. Beatrice scheduled a pickup from the airport for us which was there even after a 5 hour delay. Mohammed was the sweetest and the breakfast was amazing!
