Staff were amazing and in particular Aziz helped us out a lot. He would walk us from the taxi drop off (about 7mins from the Riad) to the Riad when we would return late at night. Rooms were extremely comfortable and breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. On arrival we were not aware that the taxi could not drop off outside the Riad. So we had to walk with suitcases and it was late. I would recommend that the transport is booked directly with the hotel so that someone is available to help with the luggage.

Great location, everything super clean and the Riad was very beautiful. Fatima was amazing, offering a lot of help and very kind with us. Breakfast was super good as well. We would repeat without any doubt!

The staff were wonderful and the riad itself was beautiful, its calming design was a magical oasis from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. The location was ideal, great for convenience but also a bit of peace and quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely, with a great spread and very accommodating. Very comfortable beds! The showers’ water pressure was a little weak and the plug did not properly fit so we could not use the bath tub, but overall it was amazing.

Design and kindness of the staff and breakfast A little bit dark in the rooms

Warmly welcomed by staff despite arriving earlier than check in who offered to allow me to use the communal spaces while my room was being prepared. Beautiful design and relaxing space in a great location. Was travelling alone and was very comfortable here, but would also recommend with a partner with the atmosphere for a private get away. Recommend having dinner one evening it was really fantastic.

Difficult to single out anything because it was truly really great. But in no particular order: the spacious rooms, the interior design, the breakfast, the location and the super sympathetic staff! Nothing. Wouldn’t put such a high score if there was something.

The property is spotless. Such a beautiful building! The room was very nice. I only stayed one night and loved it! N/A

Very stylish forniture Our room was right above the entrance. During the last night, we couldn’t sleep for more than 2 hours. Every knock, when other guests came home, woke us up although we were wearing earplugs! The window in our room was a joke, it’s not taking away any noise, since it is not adjusted to the window and was made out of plexiglas. The pipes are whisteling and the toilet had trouble to fill the water, it ran constantly until we stopped the water. The shower can’t be adjusted to a normal, constant temperature and the water accumulates in the bathtub. And all of this for 200 Euro a night? This feels like a very bad worth for the money. Also it’s a serious safety concern locking the guests IN the riad, so they can‘t leave! When we wanted to leave at 6 in the morning, the door was locked with no key attached. What you have happened in case of an emergency like a fire? The nightguard wasn’t informed, that we had already paid and didn’t want unlock the door until he checked it. Also we didn’t feel very comfortable knowing, we can’t lock our room-door, while it was at the same time possible, that someone could have locked us in our room. When we wrote an email of complaint, we never got an answer.

you get what you get for a 3 star hotel. AC didn't work and the guy at the front desk said it was blasting and cold in our room. It was 86 degrees in our room and warmer inside than it was outside.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff We stayed in many different locations in Medina and this one was not the most beautiful neighbourhood. But it was still close to everything so that wasnt too bad.

The chic aesthetic is romantic and idyllic, especially at night when the lanterns are lit. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat. Our room was on the first floor and opened onto the public courtyard/shared space. There was not much insulation, so our room lacked privacy.
