Beautiful property. Hotel staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Omar was very attentive and went above and beyond for us in all instances The shower often lost pressure and temperature and bathroom could have been a little cleaner

We really enjoyed the staff, and how great they were. The owner is a piece of garbage, I don't know if it was misunderstanding of how much water costs in general or what in Marrakech but when I arrived I was told water was 5 DAR when I checked out each water was 50 DAR. I just bought water at the train station for 8 DAR 1.5 LT. I tried to negotiation with the owner that I was told 5 DAR and that a fair price is not over 10 DAR. Also breakfast was very bad you only get bread and if you want an egg or 1 egg omelet it costs 50 DAR again another thing I was not told. So in the end my bill was 250- 300 DAR more than it was supposed to be. Let me break it down, 1.5 LT the owner charges 5€, 1 egg 5€... And she yes the owner is a she... Treats the staff like crap, so I paid so that the staff would not have to pay 250-300 DAR because she is greedy. Do not stay at this Riad, only because of the owner.
