Lovely and amazing staff and a wonderful experience!

Everything was beautifully kept. The interior rooms and the shared areas and the pool and rooftop were just stunning and absolutely delightful. The beds and pillows weren’t our favorite. The mattress was hard and the pillows were hard, which made it difficult to sleep. But these things are always a matter of opinion.

Accommodations and wonderful staff Can be difficult to find at first.

Brilliantly located just a 5 minute walk from the main square. An oasis of quiet and tranquility in the bustling city. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble Pool is in a courtyard that doesn’t get any sunlight so it’s freezing cold. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and we lost power to our room 2 out of 3 nights.

I cannot recommend enough this Riyad. It is beautiful and comfortable, but even more, the staff was super helpful and kind. This kindness was not only given to us as guests but to any people that we ran into at the market place (they were so polite that the walked us through the streets a couple of times so that we could find some places). It was an amazing and heart warming experience.

A perfect spot in the medina to stay with our kids. Beautiful rooftop breakfasts and super comfy beds!

Great communication. Host/ess and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were received on time at the airport by the driver and greeted and escorted from the square the the Riad smoothly and without delay. A beautiful excursion to the mountains was arranged by them. Breakfast during our 4-day stay was delicious, but options and variation in the food would have been appreciated.

The place has a nice view from the roof terrace. There are some nice artifacts and breakfast is good. The cleanliness in the main reception could be improved. The hotel can feel a little tired- suited are beautiful but i was not aware that we would not be given the full suite with living space when i booked as i had the previous stay. Staff are lovely but the main host could be friendlier and more attentive/upbeat in her communications.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking distance to the square! The blue house is so lovely, we had a great and memorable time there as a big family! Julia is amazing - she was trying her best to help us when we had difficulties and gave us the warmest hospitality. Her team was friendly and gave us the best service we could ever expect. Thank you so much.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Wonderful food and great location…we didn’t get lost! It wasn’t luxurious but that’s fine and was reflected in the cost.

I recommend More selections for breakfast

The owner of the riyad was so lovely, really attentive and proper. The facilities were good. Even though our room didn't have air conditioning, they put in a powerful fan. And because it was so hot, they even brought us an extra fan without us asking. I like to sleep with two pillows, but there was only one, so I made do with what I had on the first night. When they cleaned our room, they brought an extra pillow. They even made us breakfast earlier than usual because we had to leave early. Overall, it was an amazing experience and really made our holiday. I would definitely recommend it.

Traditional Riyad in the Medina. The food was excellent and presented incredibly well. The staff couldn’t do enough - especially Said - who stands out and is a perfect gentleman and goes way beyond the expected to please. Needs a little TLC but need to remember that the city suffered from the earthquake last year - so repairs are ongoing. To reach Riyad El Cadi, you need to walk approx 150m from the Souk and whilst perfectly safe - can look a little intimidating. We had no issues whatsoever.
