Fantastic service Nothing really

The property was not cleanly, we had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was dirty. We didn’t find it fitting for our honeymoon so we canceled our booking after seeing the property. We did not receive a refund from the resort or booking.com and they have not been helpful in getting our contracted refund at the very least. It was dirty

It was nice to have an oasis from the chaos of the Medina

How close to central Marrakech The beautiful grounds and facilities Rooms were beautiful and clean Food superb Excellent staff The cleaning team would knock early to clean rooms - 8am when breakfast finished at 10am so realistically guests would still be using their room until after they’d eaten and started their days

Good food and very friendly staff. Lots of activities, games and entertainment! The rooms and restrooms could use an update

Property was nice it’s not to have fun very strict and restricted not for a younger crowd.

Fantastic location in Marrakech with views of the mosque and close to the market. Great layout of buildings and landscaping. Nothing

Stayed here a couple of years ago and it was excellent but unfortunately the hotel was nowhere near as good this time which is a shame

Wonderful staff!! I felt sorry for them having to deal with this noise issue as it seems to be ongoing with multiple complaints from everyone in block 3 continuosly. All inclusive food fantastic, great selection. The rooms were beautiful but sadly ruined by the level of noise from the Skybar nightclub in the evenings . the location is brilliant.. 10 minute walk from the main square and souk. To the hotel: You cannot charge premium prices for rooms that have that level of noise! You have to let people know on the website that there is this issue so people can decide whether they want to put up with it for the evenings! For anyone reading: Block 3, which is the rooms with the swim up pools and also the jacuzzi on the balcony ( in the pretty pictures online) is underneath a nightclub and between 9:30 and midnight.. sometimes past midnight the noise kicks off to fever-pitch! from Abba to Beyonce to moroccan drums and pipes... I mean like literally it was in our room. Then the chair scraping as people leave and cleaners clean.. which would stop at 2am ish and start again at 8am! My elderly parents were kept awake.. they are in their 80s and the hotel was fully booked so they could not be moved. This issue has been going on for a while as after digging after our stay, I saw someone on Tripadvisor complain in Feb and the hotel responded saying they would be investigating the issue. Every person staying in our block were in the hall shocked at the noise level. Some complained to Tui and some direct to the hotel. Do not stay in this block if you want a peaceful break. The hotel though is stunning, I cannot stress how wonderful the staff and the chefs are.....it is truly an oasis in the city.

All posted on my @travelingwithkarianna insta page! We booked the last room, so no view for us but we did get a 1st floor small terrace which we liked! The grounds are very large and nice to walk through. The servers were so pleasant. The all inclusive option was so enjoyable and easy, all your drinks and food are covered. Laura the entertainer was so amazing, she made the stay so much better, pay raise!!! We loved the music bingo, karaoke and water aerobics along with bringing the markets into the hotel on sunday! There aren't enough chairs around the large front pool, if you're not there early enough, you are in the back quieter pool or on the garden lawns throughout the property. More lounge chairs. The concierge that books TUI was not friendly and condescending (maybe b/c we're american) but laughed at us when we asked to book an excursion during a local holiday and said she had nothing to offer, i went on booking.com and booked an epic camel/atv/dinner/fireshow day out.
