Our room was next to the kitchen and was quite noisy in the morning but otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the room cleaners. Bed and bedroom was good. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Easy walk into city centre. The Spa was closed for repair. We had booked this Hotel particularly because of the Spa facilities and nobody had let us know on the website or before we arrived that it was closed and likely to be closed for some time. Breakfast was OK, but food was not kept hot enough and some of the fruit was past its sell by date.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, gym and pool are well equipped. Rooms are poorly insulated, windows onto the balcony are old and lock themselves when closed while being outside. If you are travelling alone, you may be forced to shout for help outside the hotel balcony hoping a member of staff will be there to help and let you back inside your room. Breakfast is not as good as it should be for an hotel of this level. Bathrooms (Shower and Sink area) do not have doors.

Excellent location with two pools. The outdoor pool is heated up to 26 centigrade and covered nightly. In door pool is much wormwer. The climate control was fully controlled by the hotel engineers and it never dropped below 22 centigrade which is very warm and stuffy in the bedroom especially the temperature outside at night was around 20
