The pool was constantly freezing cold and the food from the pool bar was below par, the burgers constantly came out raw. Not just mine but other people in our group.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable with a nice pool. Although the hotel is full, it is calm and relaxing. The location is very convenient with shopping mall, nice restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. It is a short taxi ride away from the tourist attractions. It is within pickup area of all tours.

told the hotel before hand I'm checking in straight after my wedding, room wasn't decorated, not even a simple card congratulating us , for a 4th star hotel its very disappointing for sure.

The hotel was in a very good location, and there was parking nearby. The breakfast was quite good as well. It was just a pity that the pool was not heated.

Clean, friendly staff. No air conditioning between February and May so our room got warm at night as it’s impossible to keep windows open because of noise. Pillows too hard. Basically sleep was not good

The hotel is located in the center of Marrakech, opposite the opera. The hotel has a swimming pool, sun beds, pool towels, which provide an opportunity to relax at any time of the day. As well as a delicious and rich breakfast and good prices at the pool bar. It should be noted - excellent customer service.

Room service did not provide dental kit and slippers. These should. E places ahead of guest asking!
