Nice room- great pool. Good Staff. The check-in policy. We had an early flight and days before sent management an email asking if we could have an early check in. No problem. We get to hotel and had to wait in lobby for hours to check in to our room. Which only happened after I shared my exchange with another manager.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, one night each- (early morning flight to the airport). This is a fantastic hotel with lovely and accommodating staff who go all-out. They arranged transit to the airport at 3:30 am and packed my breakfast to go with me. The rooftop pool and restaurant is great. Conveniently located right across from the train and bus stations. But really, it is the great staff who make this hotel special.

This is my second stay here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the rooftop pool is a great feature. I will definitely be back again!

Location was great. It was and easy walk to restaurants shopping. Close to train station and an easy drive to airport. Underground parking was great.

The staff were amazing. I reached quite early but they still let me check in early and also gave me an upgrade of my room when I returned a few days back to stay here again. Beds were very comfortable. The TV let's you connect to Netflix,Prime and YouTube. The location is great. Allocated parking is very handy. If I had to nit- pick, sometimes the taps just give you boiling hot water irrespective which side you turn them. The lifts here have a mind of their own and are very slow. But these are not deal breakers at all. I'm glad this hotel exists and that they're doing so well to keep high standards.

Everything is impeccable. The Hamman was the finest I ever experienced, and the hot Stone massage was the best I ever experienced in 25 years. Special thanks to Ilham who made the spa experience beyond compare. Our 4 th time here because it is the top of its class

Great location, staff and food. Need better quality pillows. Horrible. Also need to fix minor things like cracking floors, torn hallway carpet -and used or damaged furniture.

Bed was soft and comfortable. Bathroom was large and modern The suite had a wonderful wrap around balcony with tables Thanks Idress for the suite!! Loved it but … The TV WiFI was troublesome our last day there

Youssef, the hospitality manager, was truly outstanding. He checked on us every day, made sure my mother was comfortable, and treated us with genuine warmth. When her luggage didn’t arrive, he didn’t just call the airline—he followed up constantly, kept us updated, and reassured my mom so she wouldn’t worry. His patience, professionalism, and kindness stood out in every interaction. He made us feel like valued guests, not just visitors. Abderaheem, the front desk manager, ensured our room was perfect and shared great recommendations for exploring Marrakech. Nour Eddine, the restaurant manager, was exceptional—he personally brought us whatever food we wanted each day and showed such care for my mother, especially knowing she uses a cane. The young ladies who made our omelettes every morning were also wonderful. Our housekeeper kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly, and even security staff like Amad made us feel welcomed and safe. Because of this incredible team, our stay felt like home. I already look forward to returning to Morocco—and I will definitely stay at Longue Vie Hotel again. The service, kindness, and care we received were truly unmatched.

Excellent stay. Nice gym. Great location. The staff are very friendly and the place was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The omellette girls are super cool and smiley. Will stay again.
