The room was adequate, although not very spacious. The location was excellent close to train station, and the breakfast was good despite having limited choices. A simple suggestion for improvement would be to provide a water heater kettle in the room, if possible, so guests can conveniently prepare tea or coffee at night or during their stay.

The location. Very close to the train station. I asked for a non smoking room. The room smell like smoke. The room was very small.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They are friendly and kind. Everyone made me feel welcome and safe. The location is also excellent as it is conveniently located next to the train station. It is nice to have a full size pool to refresh after a long day. The excellent staff makes up for the obvious fact that Ibis needs to update the hotel. The flooring and paint are desperately in need of replacing. The pool area was clearly once very appealing but is worn out. It is a pity Ibis has let this lovely hotel become so in need of repair. Well worth staying here despite the tired appearance.

Well at first they gave us a room that was not clean and veery old... but it was changed immediately when we requested it... the room we got after was much better than the first one but still basic

The facility needs to be renovated. Especially the bathrooms. Nothing was working properly. The cleanliness was not the best either.

Loved the shower: hot, good pressure! Also, with the window open (you can open the window!!) the noise was deafening. Once the window was closed you could hear almost nothing. Amazing soundproofing. The shower was a bit slow to drain.

Nothing to like . Staff ignorant , one ask me if I am a guest about my room number when I am waiting for the elevator, he violate my privacy so I complained to the manager and he seems does not care either everything
