The location is far from the center of Madina around 4 km not as mentioned. The furniture are old, One of ladies that was responsible for cleaning in a rude manner asked me not to take the towel to swimming pool area and after long discussion she said that she will check my room after check out to ensure that 2 towels are still there!!!!

The location is perfect I was leaving the hotel with my towel in the shoulder as it was a bit hot to dry my face, the house keeper manager stopped me by the door and checked the towel if it’s belong to the hotel, it was really embarrassing in front of the people. Really annoying and rude behaviour.

Good price I told the waiter i had an egg allergy and they put mayo which contains egg on my plate and in my burger. I ate it and handed it to an allergic reaction

The extior is beautiful the staffs are amazing very welcoming and accommodating The rooms where very basic old n the beds were broken the bathroom is old and they didn't even provide a kettle in the room the rooms really need updating
