I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional and not welcoming at all, which made the experience very unpleasant. I also forgot a shirt in my room, and when I called the next day, they denied having found anything. This raises serious security concerns. Moreover, they do not respond to messages on Booking, which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and customer service. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Update: Right after my review on Booking, I received a call from the hotel manager to understand the issue, and he promised to conduct an investigation and get back to me. Once again, it is not about the shirt or a forgotten item that bothers me, but rather the attitude and how customer service handled this matter with negligence.

nothing to say other than disapointing the beds were so bad and not comfy at all, i had to ask for bathroom towels for 2 days in order to get them, over priced and honestly i was a worst experience and ruined my honey moon.
