El Hamra Hotel

Nothing I could not sleep the night because the place not clean besides it is scary u keep hearing voices at night. Without talking about the street noise and poverty of facilities. There was no escalator and I had a heavy luggage. I paid much more in booking than the real price on place. I would recommend you to sleep in street than sleep in this hotel. Besides the location is not good the street is not safe at all and empty at night wouldn’t recommend no girl to take this hotel. I couldn’t stay one night in it and changed it the day after.

Location Cleaning and bad smell

Dirty sheets. Dirty bathroom. The pictures don’t match reality. There are cheaper hotels that are better than this one.

the pilo sheets the bed only wen i arrived no bell captain help to carry my bags i carry it till my room in the reception one called mostafa ask me to weight in the reception till 4 pm and i tell him we are now 12 pm hi tell me this is our policy i tell him i will cancel my reservation through booking he tell me you will never get back your money at that moment some girls working in the whole of reception asking him to through me out of hotel i tell him i will coll police he said do whatever you want and he tried to bit me and he refused to give me police number at that point i discovered i am in the hand of mafia so i weight till they give me the room and i call booking they help me allot and they cancel the second day of reservation and i escaped from the hill of this hotel no tv no aircondition no minibar no phone in its room

I liked nothing at all about this property ! This was the worse experience ever The room that I recieved was different from the room on the photo . The hotel was also not clean ! Bathroom was disgusting ! Staff not friendly , shower head was broken , sink clogged hair from previous tenant , and feces left on the toilet seat , blanket on bed not clean . I can provide photos and videos

There's no WiFi as they said there's WiFi No balcony When you take a shower all the water on the floor Don't recommend

Absolutely nothing Dirty, smelly, terrible clientèle, broken amenities and they gave me a used unclean room

The facilities in the hotel are very basic. The main disappointment was that the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room (and it still does very badly in the reception area)

The hotel is in a greet location and you can easily find anything there. The reception guy is smiling and kind. The room is clean but it needs extra renovation.

The toilet doesn't flush properly, you will need to brush and flush after every use. The wifi wasn't connecting at all, you are lucky if you have connection for about one minute... some nights 0 connection. The balcony door doesn't close air tight, so it gets VERY cold at night, plus you hear the traffic all night long. The hot water runs for about 15 min before it gets cold. Also you must hold the showerhead in your hand because otherwise it sprays the walls.

Had a hot water but low water pressure No tv wifi was not reliable bed was hard

The bed was really hard and old and noisy. The sheets and all materials are old and need to be changed. The hotel is very old but amazingly preserved with beautiful old Moroccan traditional touches.
