Located in the Medina of Marrakech, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square. It has two swimming pools in the garden and a spa. Exceptional location at edge of the Medina.Facilities were beautifully maintained. Les Trois Saveurs restaurant for breakfast and dinner by the pool was divine. Staff was very friendly and professional, especially the front desk.

Loved the rooms and their concept that made it a wonderful experience. Also most of the staff were great and welcoming. They took great care of us. The food in their restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was superb. We would highly recommend to others. :) I can't think of anything I didn't like. If I had to name something, it would be that there were not enough cooking lessons offered if you were on a short trip.

Everything! It was absolutely beautiful! Every single detail, including the smells! The staff were exceptional. My only complaint was the room temperature was a bit warm.

A very pretty and historic hotel with a charming courtyard and a surprise of a jazz club. The staff were very helpful and gracious. Airport pickup went perfectly. The room itself was on the smaller side.

I ate breakfast once and it was lovely and delicious. It would have been nice to have coffee available to guests in the morning without having to do the breakfast buffet. The coffee pods in the room were not great. Offer complementary morning brewed coffee to the guests. That would have make my stay perfect!

The hotel occupies a vast area, giving the feeling of being in a museum. The restaurant is beautiful and serves delicious food. The spa is very relaxing, and the charming courtyard is perfect for enjoying tea and sweets, a lovely complimentary touch from the hotel. The staff are extremely attentive and caring. We also attended a cooking class, which was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech Everything was absolutely perfect

A lovely place to stay, perfectly located, with exceptional staff who truly know how to take care of guests. Thank you! ? The room was on the smaller side and had a small window. On the first day, there was some renovation work, which was a bit noisy.

Stunning property with so many amenities. The location was convenient and everything was spotless. All the staff went out of their way to help. Our room was traditional but opulent - so luxurious. We loved the cookery class, the piano bar and the rooftop terrace. The food was delicious. We didn't get a chance to use the spa but our friends did and said it was incredible. We are planning to come back soon. not having long enough at this wonderful hotel!

Outstanding property in an amazing location and with incredible service. Restaurant prices (dinner) were quite high. The food quality was great but still not representative of the high price.

The staff was exceptional, and the architecture and the building itself was beautiful. I’ve never seen anything like it before just amazing. Every little detail on the walls, ceiling, and floors was mind-boggling. I’m a builder by trade and I know how much work it takes to do all of those things.

Beautiful old hotel, decorated in old world style The room we booked online was not acceptable. We paid a reasonable price for the upgrade. AC not sufficient to cool the room.

The staff did everything to make my stay memorable ! Front desk is exceptional. Many good restaurants with excellent breakfast. and fabulous Spa all in the same building and thier own cooking school which was amazing ! Only that none of the outdoor areas were covered in the cold winter with rain. Many other Riads cover areas so you still get the central courtyard vibe even in winter ... it seems this would add the cherry on the cake - as they almost do everything else !
