Wonderful hotel. The room was quiet and we felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the slight variety from day to day on food offering. I felt comfortable asking the front desk questions because we were always greeted respectfully. We actually felt like guests and not customers. Will 100% stay here again when we return.

I had the most serene experience here. Cleanliness was top notch. Quiet and peaceful. It was altogether a very memorable and well treasured experience. I'll stay here anytime I am in town.

The only complaint I have is that there is construction going on right beside this hotel and it was right outside of my window. The workers began on Friday morning promptly at 7 a.m. and this was a day I really wanted to sleep in. While it is not the fault of Springhill Suites, I do not feel the room price was fair with the construction noise directly outside. There should of at least been somewhat of a price drop until that construction is complete. The sink did have a strange smell in my room but it was not anything I couldn't handle and is probably related to the construction or the city water system. I would stay again at Springhill Suites in a heartbeat.

After attending my grandfathers funeral immediately got on the road with my 3 kids and was on the road from 4pm-11pm and I was exiting to stay at Spring Hill Suites. I was 2 miles from there and I hit a pot hole right off of intestate and flattened 2 tires and my vehicle was undrivable. I called called and asked front desk lady and she made call to supervisor to refund my money because of my horrible stressful situation and that said they couldn’t refund to help us out! Not impressed with their customer service and no move in their heart about what I was going through!

I called ahead to make certain hatch chemicals were not used in their laundry. Main ingredient for Ecolab is Lye. Had a severe reaction in my eye, pain and swollen shut. Management did not bother to even pop their head out at desk and told agent they had no idea the ingredients of Ecolab but they are a proud eco friendly hotel. Yes, I’m not happy. Had they actually known what they’re exposing guest to and relayed that to me when I ask, I would have booked elsewhere. Chemicals don’t bother everyone, they do me, that’s why I call ahead.

I didn’t rate amenities because we did not stay long enough to use them. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel was also clean. But our door did not properly latch and we didn’t notice until the morning when we went to get breakfast. We let the front desk know when we checked out.

The first floor room I was put in was right next to the exit door, which clearly didn’t have a hydraulic mechanism. I was awakened through the night and early morning by the continuous slamming of the exit door.

Everything was great except the water pressure. The water conservation fixtures were too effective making it difficult to wash and shower. Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice.

It was awesome. We stayed due to travel issues with flights but would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. My son loved the Texas shaped waffle he got to eat this morning!

This is an average stay for a lot of money. There are others hotels right down the road just as good or a lot better for almost have the price. Do yourself a favor and shop around before booking. To get a room for 170 a night when there is another hotel down the street for 90 a night. Don’t waster your money

It is a new hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Convenient for us visiting family. Lots of shopping and food choices in the area. The only negative is that there is currently construction next door.

I loveeeeeddd our room! The weekend stay for Valentine’s Day was amazing! Very quiet & the complimentary breakfast was 10/10!! I highly recommend staying here if you want a luxury stay at an affordable price!

Stayed 3 nights, 1st night people being loud in hall way by elevator, 2nd night asked for daily room service and it wasn't performed and dumpster came in middle of night, 3rd night person above stomped around till 330am. Our room needed maintenance on eallpaper..

Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The room wasn't that clean- some hair in trash can, smudges on wall near toilet. Iron settings were worn off making impossible to see what setting to use. TV remote buttons only qork qhen pressed extremely hard.

Overall I love the property. Everything was great. My only issue was my water in the bathroom sink the pressure was very low. I would still choose this hotel again.

Breakfast was varied each morning which was nice. Only compliant is that there was no hot chocolate or flavored creamers for my coffee. Half/half and sugar just doesn't cut is.

Our room was quiet and in mostly good condition, but the one area of dissatisfaction was the cleanliness and condition of the trundle bed. It was honestly filthy and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacement. I would recommend this property in the future. If the trundle bed was clean, I’d give our stay a 10/10.

We love the rooms. But... the only thing i wish they would work on is the lighting in the bathrooms. If you’re someone that wears make-up. Best to set up by the window.

Great place to stay and definitely would stay again. The hotel had home like features that were necessities for our family. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning along with many other guests. The beds and pillows were comfy for my pregnant self. I loved the blackout curtains and plan to get some like that for my room lol. The bathroom was clean but the tub drain would not stay elevated to drain completely. This was not a make it or break it thing for us but I did alert the front desk. The staff was very friendly as well.

Was totally shocked by how nice and big the room was. Super clean and everything they advertised it to be. The breakfast was great! This hotel is perfectly located around a good amount of shopping, eating, etc. Cant wait to come back!

My stay was wonderful, the staff was very courteous. Room was clean and spacious. The sink in my bathroom did not work and the door to the room would shake throughout the night. Staying alone with a small child made for a long night when the door would rattle as if someone was fying to enter the room. The breakfast was well made and hot and fresh. Overall a great experience.

This was the nicest place. The room was very clean. I got a suite and the setting area has a lot of space. The staff was every friendly and helpful. I certain it was fairly new. Room was very modern.

I booked through Expedia and paid out, I check out and noticed they charged my card again not only for the whole room and the incidental fee? Make that make sense

Overall good, the check in staff was less than accommodating. I asked to see if I could get a king suite instead of the double queen I booked online. Was told they can't make any changes if you book through a third party. seems like it would have helped you rent more rooms since I only need one bed.
