Basic room! Good value for money. Stayed 1 night just to sleep.

We stayed in the 10th floor and it was very noisy in the hallway, kids were shouting so we weren't able to relax. The door lock in the bathroom of our room is broken but it's the noise outside that was not very nice. There were also stain in the beddings as if they weren't washed properly. Would be really nice if they cleaned it well.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very convenient nearby convenient stores and malls, which eliminated the need for additional transportation. The water dispenser provided near the room was very convenient we saved on buying additional bottles.

Clean Faucet is wiggling , toilet bowl when flushed after use , is sprinkling like drizzle over me . Yikes

location, cleanliness, cozy room toilet flush defective, no toiletries provided aside from towel. No bottled water, instead they provided glass for drinking and you will get the water outside from the dispenser. The glasses aren't washed well and there's a trace that it has been used.

I stayed at hop in for 6 nights. During my stay they didn’t change the towels or bed linen, although I asked for it 2 times. Additionally, a lot of noice from neighbours.
