The bed is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The material of the bathtub has some rust and should be replaced. The door sound of the elevators does not give good impression to guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. One of the standout features was how spacious the room was, definitely a pleasant surprise and a big plus, especially for a city hotel. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Their customer service was outstanding - warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It really elevated the overall stay. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a fully equipped gym on-site, which isn’t always a given and was great to have. The Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected throughout my stay. The location is excellent and incredibly convenient. The hotel is within walking distance to Shangri‑La Mall, The Podium, and Megamall, which makes shopping, dining, and getting around extremely easy. I especially loved the accessibility of everything nearby. There’s also a Starbucks just a two‑minute walk away in the next building, which was a nice bonus for quick coffee runs. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers comfort, space, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. The lighting in the room is a bit dark for my liking and toilet paper is sub par. Rooms are a little dated and due for a nice face lift like brighter paint perhaps. The red couch at the lobby looks hideous and gross - this honestly needs to be replaced by management. Some of the gym equipment needs to be replaced as they seem to be old and rusty.

The Richmonde Hotel Ortigas has been our go to staycation for many years. Its location is convenient and accessible, the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well maintained, I've come to enjoy its familiar, homey vibe. The breakfast buffet choices are great, it would be good to taste-check the dishes before they are brought out, allow guests to season to taste (e.g. sweetness, saltiness). Everything else was as expected, superb.
