This hotel is not for leisure but mostly because of it's great location especially if you have appointments around the area. Great staff friendly and polite. Neat and very clean. Free parking is a plus. Bed needs a little upgrade to be more firm and comfy. Noise from motorists especially early mornings. Because it's a business district and centrally located, motorists cud be heading to work and creates a lot of noise.

It was clean and quiet. The location was near to all important places i need to be. The aircon was not fixed and it keeps on leaking the the whole 3 nightsnof my stay. They didn’t offer transfer to another room.

Cl;ean, and unexpectedly spacious room. Friendly and accommodating staff. The absence of a 24 water dispenser. Hydration is Very important in a humid and hot city.

Location. Staff. I needed to request batteries because the remote isn't working. The air conditioner was leaking, so I need to request rugs to avoid slipping on the floor. Potable water isn't really clean; there are a lot of floating particles, which also made me sick.

Helpful staff right from security, check-in staff and the restaurant staff. The rooms were old, broken cupboard drawers and peeled off laminates. Mould in the bathrooms, water not draining properly in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working through-out the 3 days, and it looks like that has been the case for a long time.

The room was small compared to our previous stays, the bathroom door was broken my husband got locked inside for a few minutes had to call reception for help.

It’s clean and comfortable. Room amenities are complete and well maintained. Beddings are comfy and I like the warm light and light colored walls it makes the room warm and cozy. Breakfast buffet is okay. Will book again. Breakfast buffet can be improve in terms of taste but the selection if good for it’s price.
