WoodSpring Suites Lynchburg VA

I liked the location and the front desk attendant, Jada, was amazing! The assistant manager was also pleasant. Booked and paid for the room through Booking, but there was a huge issue on Booking's side. We could not check in for over an hour. I then had to pay out of pocket and Booking issued a refund for what I paid them. It does not accommodate well for short stays. The overall cleanliness was lacking. We had to get our own pillows due to the pillows we had being old and dirty. The person above me sounded like they were going to come through the floor and you could hear everything outside of your room.

I would not recommend staying at this facility. Bad oder when I first entered the room. Additionally, upon getting ready for bed, there was a dead insect on the sheets. Informed the front desk clerk of the situation and she had no response. Customer service was beneath the expectations of common courtesy. There were no other occomodations offered by the staff. They are not deserving to be ranked on a scale. A total waste of money for a trash hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and had good TV options. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The price was very good, it was exactly what I was expecting to pay. There were only two pillows per bed, I wish there was at least four pillows per bed. The room was clearly just built, there were shims behind the cabinets that haven't been trimmed off, the light switches were messed up, one had to be switched on for the other one to work. Lastly I wish there would have been more towels.

It was clean and great for the price. The room was comfortable and the staff was polite. Will definitely stay there again. Not enough towels or toiletries. Coffee wasn't made in the lobby for most of my stay.
