    My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came up for my daughter's graduation at Liberty University. The hotel was very clean and close to the school. The staff was very friendly and helpful with making our stay a great stay.

    We were visiting our son at Liberty University, and the location of the hotel was close to campus. It was easy to come and go with many dining and shopping options close by. They have a walk up dining counter with a few breakfast and lunch/dinner options. We had the breakfast sandwich. It was decent. The coffee is Starbucks. Our room, and the hotel in general, was very clean and the staff were friendly. We will stay again next time we visit.

    Fitted sheets really didn’t fit the queen bed. The lobby furniture had some stains on the seats and the lobby had an over powering air freshener that caused me a headache if I stayed in the lobby too long. But that’s all besides the point because they have a stellar staff!

    The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down.

    This was the second time this summer that we stayed at the property; we were there both times for a baseball tournament. The first time, our room was fairly clean, but this time it was not. There was hair in the bathroom and mold around the shower door and faucet handle. The shower, as well, definitely needed a good scrubbing. Also, we were on the second floor, and the a/c unit in the hallway didn't work and looked like it had leaked recently, and the smell in the hallway was moldy.

    Upon checking in we were told the elevator was not working. I usually reserve a higher floor but without an elevator we were put on the second floor. The hotel had maybe 20 cars in the parking lot yet we were given a room that overlooked the DUMPSTERS! The room did not smell fresh, the clock was broken, and the shower head was stuck on the massage setting. And the shower had body wash and two shampoos, no conditioner. This hotel was not up to Marriott standards. I should have reserved a less expensive hotel and had a better experience.

    The amenities need to be updated for this location. I booked this for me and my spouse almost solely on the fact that the location had an indoor pool. We got there with our swimming gear and hopes up and the desk attendant stated that they remodeled the pool area into another common area. This was very disappointing as we very much settled on this location because of the amenities that were shown to us. Also it should be noted that the facility does not have free parking in their own parking lot

    Everything from checking in, your front desk staff, they were phenomenal. Your hotel was fully booked our second night, so no ability to move our rooms but right next to us with a room with two dogs who would not stop barking. The front desk staff did make contact with the folks in that room when they had returned from being away and having left their dogs…also, your beds were as hard as a rock, the mattress so uncomfortable; very surprised Marriott would choose that. Before our stay, we had inquired on another future date before we even checked into our room and it would be for the next four weeks and because it’s in a college campus area, we were given a quote of $599 for one night. This is because it sits less than five minutes away from, a huge university. I think it’s unfortunate that Marriott would try to maximize on graduation time and charge that kind of money for something just because it’s sits next to the campus. Just my thoughts on that.

    This was one of the worst Courtyard Marriott's I have ever stayed in. Place needs to be completely redone. Rooms are way too small. No free breakfast and having Starbucks attached is a waste. Go back to the regular style Courtyard and offer better dining and bar. Staff is very good working in terrible conditions. Area needs a better hotel get to work.

    Hotel was under major construction so entrance was a bit difficult. Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. Paid extra for breakfast which was disappointing. Cold breakfast sandwich which we had to heat up ourselves in a nearby microwave and a latte that was not drinkable. The approach for breakfast was not explained well by front desk at check in.     The hotel was nice. Check in was easy. They charge $10 for parking, but they do not tell you that. They ask for a credit card for "incidentals", then charge you $10 for parking. The fan in the bathroom is not optional if you want light in there. It is so loud i was concerned it would wake the people two rooms down. I spoke to the lady at the front desk; she said several of them are like that. The bed is great for sleeping.

    Room smelt amazing. Shower wasn’t gross but could use updating as there was some separation. Tish that works nights a believe her name was is SUPERIOR, literally the sweetest women we came out for nightly snacks and she was so cheerful, even though it was 1am. Probably hands down one of the best employees there.

    When we arrived we were not greeted or made to feel welcome the first. After that the service improved. Our shower door was broken and did not shut properly, the sink did not drain properly and the shower floor was stained. Otherwise the beds were comfortable.     The check-in process was horrible. The front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful and we struggled to get into a room after we arrived. We were first assigned room 300, but the keys we were given didn't work. Second set also didn't work. Clerk's master key didn't work. She tried giving us another room but when we went in it only had a single king and we had reserved two doubles. She gave us keys to a third room that ended up already having someone in it--surprised guy came to the door when we were struggling to get the key to work. Clerk got an attitude about giving us a fourth room, as if all these issues had been our fault. We just wanted a room that (1) we could get into, (2) had 2 beds like we'd reserved, and (3) didn't already have someone in it. Not a lot to ask. It took us almost an hour from the time we arrived to get that.

    The internet & wi-fi did not work at all. TV options were limited. Could not get a room key but had to be escorted to room by staff. Very quiet and comfortable room.

    Stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the mountains. Toilet overflowed (without being gross, there was minimal paper and no solid waste/ no obvious reason to overflow). Expensive breakfast.

    Internet was spotty and TV buffered making anything to watch impossible. In addition, the TV is on a wall that requires your neck to be at a 90° angle to try to watch anything. Bedding was not comfortable. A big disappointment from the Marriot experiences I’ve had, We left within hours we checked out warriving

    The property was clean and well-maintained. We only interacted with the check-in staff and she was very sweet and professional. The lobby has a fireplace which was very inviting and cozy, quiet too. Our room and bathroom were very clean and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. My only suggestion would be to bring your pillow. We prefer pillows with a little more support and the ones here are very soft/flat. Definitely will stay again.
