This hotel was very nice, and very clean! You could tell it was very very slightly outdated, but that is compared to a Holiday Inn express that my husband and I stayed at two weeks previous and had just been completely renovated. We would definitely stay in this one again! Love the water and cookies at check-in!

Had a wonderful stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Had everything we needed. Bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. And their selection was awesome. Would really like to compliment Rodney who cooked the wonderful breakfast and kept it maintained and eating area clean. Very friendly and he gave us suggestions on things to do in the area. Ample parking. Felt safe. Will stay again if I’m in the area

Front desk associate was nice The light in the main area was very dim. The smart TV didnt actually have smart capabilities, and its audio was not fully working. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was not super clean/water pressure was bad. We also unpleasantly found a stink bug in our room. Overall not worth the price.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.

It was a nice stay, my only concern, as I understand is a concern for others is the constant dripping of the A/C outside on the window sill, it can make sleeping challenging at night, its quite loud. But everything was clean, the front desk staff very kind and accommodating, especially Amy, she was a dear! The cleaning staff were very helpful and kind, especially the woman on our hall the weekend we were there (sorry don't know her name) short hair, super sweet. Brand of Coffee at breakfast bar could be improved, not great. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and snacks. Some Gluten free options would be nice. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean and front staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the beds was a little lumpy and leaned but still slept ok. For being a busy weekend they kept up well. Would stay again if in the area for sure!

There was a major leak in the bedroom that had a musty smell, a machine that was filled with water three times I was there (that I had to empty three times). The carpet was wet. We were not informed of this prior to entering the room. Disappointing to have to not use part of the room due to this issue.

The property is situated near highway 29. It is close to several shopping centers and restaurants. It's always clean, and the staff is always friendly. It just has a nice comfortable feeling. I sleep so well every time I stay.

This was a last minute booking for an overnight trip. The Hotel is much older than it looks. Had to have the front desk assist with air (set to 66 to get it right!!) Smelled of cigarette smoke on check-in…again front desk came and sprayed! It did help. Hallway smelled like pot in evening and front desk attendant couldn’t smell it! So…so…skunky! Would not stay here again but grateful for the front desk guy!!!

Had to switch rooms 3 times because AC’s were torn apart with portable AC’s in place but not working, & broken AC units in the other rooms. We finally got one that worked. The carpets have stains on them in the rooms and hallways - big stains. AC units on the walls in the hallways are in need of serious service. Breakfast was lacking and the hot items weren’t very warm.

The reviews for this hotel were good and some excellent, and they also said newly renovated, but that is totally not true. The front desk lady was wonderful and accommodating and our first room was dirty so she put us in a second room and it was dirty hair under the mattress bathroom was a mess toilet looks like it’s gonna fall over carpet was dirty Q-tips on the floor so we decided not to stay and she refunded everything and she was so apologetic, I would not stay in this hotel until they do a complete renovation or cleansing

When I checked out, the hotel receipt said the bill was a significant amount less. No refund from Hotels.com. I guess when you prepay you get to pay more money. Won’t use Hotels.com again.

Great staff,hot breakfast bar, very clean. This was a brother sister gathering. Due to the great time,we have decided to meet here ever 3 months. Thank you staff for a great job!

Clean, quiet. Enjoyed the Dove soap in the bathroom. AC did not work very well but could have been operator-error. Never saw a staff person at the front desk.

Staff lacks communication. Woken up several times to be notified I have no reservation, but I did and asked for me to stay in the same room since I booked two more days 2 hours before check out

The property provided a place to sleep. The staff members with whom I had contact were very polite and professional. The.condition of my room could have been better with some attention to detail. Bed was not well made, holder for the soap and shampoo in shower was not secure, no body soap. Looked like whoever was responsible opened holder to replace body wash containe and did not replace it. By the time I noticed this I was already in the shower and did not have time to call desk for help. I just improvised.

While we spent very little time in the room, there were only a couple of things I would suggest. The toilet rocked when sat on and made a loud noise when it hit the tile. There were a couple of hairs left on the tub. My bed was perfectly comfortable, it was quiet, and I got a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee was great! They do add a $20 charge to your card which is supposed to fall off if not used for "incidentals". It hasn't yet, but I'll keep an eye on it as it is still pending.
