Excellent breakfast buffet. We have stayed at this hotel many times. The only change is no swimming pool any longer. Our family was looking forward to getting to swim.

A colony of black ants were thriving in the wall adjacent to the air conditioner and within the air conditioner. The ants were swarm on the air conditioner carpet and curtains and at times some would crawl on the bed and to my shoes which I have to check out the luggage and shoes. Although this does not reflect on the entire Hotel, it was an annoyance that kept me from sleeping and enjoying my stay in my particular room. Front desk was very apologetic and took note of it for correction to be taken up on checkout

DO NOT under any circumstances book a room at this hotel. I paid 181 dollars to stay at this hotel for one night on May 9th-10th. The only decent thing was the staff. First problem was the AC. The buttons on the AC terminal weren’t working and you couldn’t set the temp. We told the staff at the front desk and were told that they would send up maintenance but nobody ever came up to check on it. Second problem was the used/opened soap that was in the shower before we even used it. Last problem and by far the worst was after my girlfriend and I woke up in the morning. There were roaches in the kitchen and the shower. For 181 I expected so much better.

Was provided a handicap room. I had specifically asked on the website for a regular room I wanted a king size bed and had requested. Got queen They were not willing to change and tried reaching manager. He was unavailable and did not return my messages even though I went to the front desk 5-5 times to ask for him.
