The only problem we had was the check in instructions were not complete. We were not given the right information to give to the front desk so they would know what unit we were staying in. They figured it out, but the host should talk with the resort staff so they know what information to provide for check-in.

Very conveniently located. The suite was very roomy and comfortable. It was much nicer than we were expecting. I’d put it at the top of my list for similar stays.

Cleanliness. I was very comfortable traveling solo for work I didn’t like how I could not be accommodated for my work schedule. I am a night shift travel nurse , 2hrs away. I had to pay for an entire night that I was NOT there just to be able to check in when i got off work at 8am. I reached out to to two different people. They allow late check out for a fee, but not early check in. I paid for a whole night , yet was at work and not staying there. I find this a little biased because not everyone’s schedule is on the same timeline

Very nice property located in the east end of Louisville. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Very friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend this hotel AND this Hiton brand.

Easy to get to. Was perfect for our little get away for the aquarium.

Breakfast was good, would have loved to see some fresh fruit. Pool was in good condition. Room was comfortable. We were able to have a late checkout which was huge benefit in our schedule. Staff was friendly and helpful! Downside was lack of wash clothes in the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom door didn't have a lock!

There was a complete communications breakdown there was a language barrier with housekeeping regarding exits to the stairwells the staff did not speak English, which created an issue at the elevator myself and others waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator after the staff was unable to tell us where the stairwells were, they could only point with their fingers no verbiage this is unacceptable as people are traveling with time constraints please consider addressing this issue to avoid future inconveniences
