The facility, room and parking lot were unacceptable. The AC worked well. The area of town, photos were not true to life, the parking lot had random people walking around. Many aggressive dogs barking

First of all went to check in and front desk worker tried to tell me I didn't have a reservation and they were booked solid. I did, in fact, have a reservation. When we got to our room, the door was open. Apparently you really had to close it firmly. Actual room was dingy and smelled like old cigarette smoke. Walls are paper thin, and spent the night under a room with squeaky springs that would stop for a slammed door then start up again. Not going to speculate on that. And no trash can in the bathroom which was weird. The AC worked and they allow dogs ($50 non-refundable deposit which was over-explained). I wouldn't stay there again.

The ability to bring our pets was great. Also, it was wonderful to have cookware and things for our kitchen area so we didn't have to pack anything. It aloud more room for our things in our car. The staff was extremely nice and helpful as well. There wasn't really anything we didn't like other than they no longer do any kind of free breakfast, but that wasn't anything that important for our family and our trip.

Was quiet during the day. I was in town for work and I sleep during the day. When I ordered door dash the front desk called and let me know it had been dropped in front of my door right away! The shower was a little hard to adjust. A fine line between scalding and cool but I figured it out. A little dated but well worth the price.

All the staff are so welcoming. There is no deposit unless you have pets. It's fairly quiet. Beds are comfy.

Location was fine, there was no breakfast with this stay. The property was smelling weed, property didn’t match the pictures and need more cleanliness , had to wait on property/frontdesk for someone to get on desk to check in, I booked 2 queen and got one queen on arrival, and I was not informed about this until my arrival.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy. It was a great location for going to the derby, bourbon tours and access to downtown. I would stay here again, basic clean hotel. Plenty of places to eat and easy access to interstate. Good value.

The rooms are okay. Staff is great. Rooms and rest are dated. Carpet in hallway is disgusting. Hasn't been cleaned since it opened I fear. People smoke pot in rooms and by exterior doors...not great.

I like how my room that i originally booked wasn't available so they upgraded me to the suite and they were very polite roberta and leo was great Nothing everything was splendid

Checked in after midnight. No one was at the desk at first but they left instructions. Used the house phone and someone answered and showed up right away. Room was clean and modern looking. Would stay there again.
