They need to tell you when you check in about the deposit they are going to charge. The room was clean but did see some things were out of order. The juice machine didn't even work so if you didn't drink coffee or milk you were out of luck.

So the toilet looked like it had been melted with a lighter or something. The smell in the entire hotel was stale cigarette smoke. The price was suppose to be 159 after taxes and fees ended up being charged 190. Never again

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was great and it was an ideal space to stop and relax for the night!

Unfortunately, it appeared that staff members were more focused on socializing with guests outside than attending to the needs of paying customers. The lack of attention to cleanliness, service, and guest concerns has been extremely frustrating. Even more concerning, this is the first hotel where I have genuinely felt unsafe during my stay. The overall atmosphere and management of the property left much to be desired. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others. I plan to share my experience across multiple review platforms so that future travelers can make an informed decision.

The front desk manager up in check-in was great. He went over the top to help us as we had Some questions about the area. He was very kind. The only things we noted that were less than positive was the pungent skunky smell of someone smoking weed near the entrance that permeated the lobby and elevator. Also, breakfast was really disappointing. There were no protein options other than only peach yogurt cups that were filled with sugar and preservatives. Every other choice was bread/carb related. Every other Microtel we have stayed at had a hot breakfast Choice with egg/sausage patties or hard boiled eggs. There wasn't even a single fruit option at this location.

Room was dirty toilet not working properly stoped up.As soon as I checked in I took a pee and the toilet was stoped up.I told the gentleman at the front desk and he lied said they would take care of it but never did.Please don’t think because it has the name Microtel it’s a nice hotel.Live and learn want stay there any more

I did not partake of the breakfast but the fact that it was offered was a lovely perk. No phone or radio in room. People still need to feel a direct connection to the front desk.

To many pot heads and drunks

Hotel was close to food , stores , and our destination . Shower was great and hot ! The beds were not very comfortable , you could hear people talking , dogs , barking and vacuums running . Wasn’t able to sleep in either morning . Breakfast was eh , but restaurants are close enough to go have breakfast .
