Very good

Both of the front desk employees were sitting in the lobby eating when we arrived. One got up to check us in and she was kind but not overly welcoming. We got our keys and went to the room - the wallpaper was peeling badly in the bathroom, the plug for the tub didn’t work, and the kitchen area counter was sticky. Minor things I know but the upkeep could definitely be better. On our way out for dinner both desk employees were playing on their phones so no one really said anything or even looked up honestly. We stay in Home 2 Suites often but I don’t think we would stay at this specific location again.

Was sent to a room that was already occupied, luckily they had the interior latched locked. Staff said the hotel was overbooked and even though we paid for a 2 bed they put us in a moldy king with 3 people overnight. They told us we would get a 2 bed the next night and then tried to put us in another king. After talking to the manager we were put in a 2 bed with a broken tv which the manager did end up fixing. The breakfast was over cooked and rubbery or burnt. They said they couldn’t compensate anything bc we had booked through a 3rd party directly through the hotel

Great location. Very good breakfast. Room was large and well equipped.

We stayed during a volleyball tournament & were more than pleased. All of the staff we very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean & shuttle service was provided to and from Expo.

Exceptional

Breakfast looked nice. Didn't eat anything. Just wasn't hungry.

The staff here are so kind. I was also surprised that they offered shuttle service to more than just the airport - they gave us a shuttle ride to/from the Derby and offered rides to/from nearby restaurants.

Property needed some maintenance. Peeling wallpaper, dings and chips.

The breakfast was incredibly good

Barn sliding door to the bathroom easily falls off the track. The barn door could not be locked and provided very little privacy. Very stupid idea putting a barn door there in a hotel. No vent system in the bathroom. Front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about people that book through third party. Also seemed very lazy. I called for an extra pillow and blanket. Told I have to come get it cause housekeeping gone for the day but 2 people at the front desk. No one's key card would let you in the pool room. People had to let you in after some let them in. When I talked to other guests none of their key cards worked gor the pool room. Front desk just said they won't work for the pool room but gave you no other way to get in there without them having to let you in. WTF

Pillows A bit pricey & others besides guests can't use the pool. We were in town visiting our 9 & 4 yr. Old granddaughters & they wanted to swim but couldn't.
