Clean, you cant get any closer tov the Cardinals stadium. Breakfast was decent. Took a star for not having forks and not having extra bedding for fold out bed. I would stay again.

Loved the room as it had a full size fridge and we could have cooked a meal. Breakfast was great too! The pool was closed due to no inspection y the health dept., so that was a bummer for the littles!

Hand soap at the bathroom sink would be a great idea. The breakfast buffet was impressive. On a personal note, the addition of fruit would be a nice touch.

The hotel was immaculate. Would recommend others to stay here as the location is excellent. As far as the staff goes, Kennedy, Eden, and Ethan went above and beyond. Kennedy deserves that parking spot that is reserved for the Employee of the Month.

We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs.

This hotel was great. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly. The entire place was clean especially the rooms. The fitness center and morning buffet both had nice selections.

Ample room. Clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Pool was inexplicably covered. Not all treadmills were working. Reception staff not very friendly.

The breakfast was clean and had everything necessary, but it wasn’t very plentiful. The location is great—there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to the convention center. I’m really satisfied with the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The hotel shuttle driver, named Joe (I’m not sure of the exact spelling), was extremely friendly and helpful. He really improved my impression of Louisville, making it much more positive. He was incredibly kind. The elevator button on the first floor sometimes gives a slight electric shock. I'm not sure if it's just me or if the button has a small leak, but I get shocked fairly often.Please have it checked.
