Had a very bad experience trying to check in. The gentlemen said we were a no show and wanted to charge us twice and then we checked out this morning and said we still needed payments when I had proof I paid in full online.

Always enjoy staying here at the Holiday Inn in Louisville—staff is friendly and the place is clean, quiet and comfortable! Close to the track which we also love!

Comfortable beds linnen Unfortunately this hotel could use some deep carpet cleaning. There is a musty odor that overpowers the senses. No amount of spray can fix that. Carpets definitely dirty. Lobby near nicely decorated. Water fountain and coffee available for free.
