The one thing I was disappointed about is I called ahead of time to let the staff know it was for my wife and our anniversary, and there was nothing in the room that pointed toward the occasion.

The hotel was conveniently located right off the expressway in an area that we felt safe in. The staff was friendly and the room/beds were clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a perfect view of the outdoor pool. There were grassy areas around the hotel conveniently located for our dogs, there was also a nicely stocked gym on the main level that we used during our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs weren't real, tasted like fake, artificial fluff. The potatoes and sausage had a reheated taste and texture. The milk, bananas and cereal were fine.

Breakfast was decent. The kids always like the waffle maker. I appreciated there was a whole egg alternative to the boxed scrambled eggs. Coffee was great! I also appreciated the service team. Samuel was very attentive and responsive to my requests. I liked the text communication feature. Softer linens. Some blankets were a little scratchy.

We stay here 6-10 nights per year and we’re always very comfortable here. The park and fly option is very useful for us. Generally: a solid choice; we’ve never been disappointed.

The shuttle is supposed to be 24/7. My wife's plane arrived at 12:30 a.m. when I asked for the shuttle at 12:05 a.m. the lady at the desk said we don't have a shuttle and I can't do anything about .it. she was less than accommodating. I had to pay for a taxi.

Churnell (not sure if spelling) was at the front desk when I arrived. I had also talked to her by phone. She's amazing. The shuttle is supposed to be 24/7. We enjoyed this spot for the classic tournament at the expo center. It’s close enough to walk in 5-7 minutes. Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. Nice quick breakfast. We loved it! Highly recommend.

Front desk staff very helpful. My room wasn't clean daily as advertised. But, when I brought it to their attention it was cleaned the next day which was my last day at the hotel. Overalls, I enjoyed my stay.
