It was an open area parking lot but I still was charged for garage parking but our car was in an outdoor lot ???

The location. The listing stated breakfast was included but the breakfast is actually a bar they SELL food at. NOT included! The sink is outside the bathroom. I had nowhere to put my clothes that i needed to change into. I was in a room with children so that was inappropriate and inconvenient. The listing stated the room had a microwave. It DID NOThave one. I brought food to warm up after checkin and couldn’t so that was good wasted (on top of having to buy breakfast elsewhere) Didn’t enjoy my stay

Great stay over while heading south through beautiful Kentucky!! Booked online through Expedia and arrived with ease. Wonderful and spacious room, clean and comfortable. Ten Star Stay!!

Very clean and recently renovated. The staff is very helpful and they have a 24/7 shuttle to the airport and surrounding areas.

The lobby was nice for us to hang out and have pizza. There are a lot of comfortable seating areas for everyone to spread out with their groups. This hotel did not come with free breakfast like other hotels. This was disappointing as we were there to play in bball tournament and were planning to not have to leave the hotel to get food before the games.

Overall everything and everyone were excellent. There was not a shower bench for the shower.

There is a small bar with food available for purchase. We did not try it. Very clean and friendly.

Close proximity to airport and expo hall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The complimentary shuttle was perfect.

Had reservations for 2 queen beds. They downgraded us to one bed and a pullout couch upon arrival. Shuttle service excellent. Internet strength poor. No extras, not even coffee in the lobby. Be careful. Third party reservations will add daily parking garage fees even though they don't even have a parking garage.

The hotel was really clean and had great customer service. The front desk people were very helpful and the shuttle guys were awesome!

The room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. I would've preferred a tub to a shower. But the shower was still really nice.
