It was very close to the attractions we came to visit To much chlorine in the pool

Room was clean. Appreciated two queen beds instead of two doubles! Appreciated full buffet breakfast instead of continental breakfast.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable Breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. and was cold at 6:00 a.m. no waffle maker broken the whole time we were there Found two live roaches in our bathroom during the stay. When showed it to the receptionist he stated it was a water bug but I do not think so I have water bugs this was a nasty roach.

The beds were amazing. The room was spacious and enjoyed the separate tv in the sitting area. The only issue we had was the bathtub sounded like you were going to fall to the room below. Every time you moved while you were in the shower it popped, cracked and did not feel like it was sturdy.

However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.

The hotel room is clean, the AC is cold, and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that breakfast was only served till 9 AM every day, including weekends.

The staff was always courteous and quick to help out if there was anything I needed. I had an 8 1/2 hour travel delay at O'Hare and arrived at the hotel at 1:15 AM. Mason heard my delay story and asked if I'd like a snack. He brought me a yogurt and a banana - completely unexpected but very welcomed. My only issue was with the bacon at breakfast. It was so overcooked that it broke into pieces when picked up. Great location very close to the airport, and the shuttle was quick to get me there.
