had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom included a bidet, which was a great convenience. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned and refreshed twice daily. The room was also well-stocked with complimentary water, Pepsi, and snacks in the refrigerator, which was a nice touch. What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. From the reception team to the bell staff and the check-out personnel, everyone was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Nothing

The quality of the hotels interior, the professional kind hotel team and the breakfast choice and setting was relaxing. Our room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable with a lovloview. The traffic was noisy (roadworks did not help) as it was on Piccadilly so optional complimentary ear plugs would have been useful however it’s to be expected for the view. One lift out of order for part of the day.

Staff extremely friendly and multilingual, well situated in Mayfair, close to tube station. Very good breakfast. Rooms very nice. Our teen kids loved everything. Sometimes light switched off when in bathroom
