Location. is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bathroom is very small and feels old with -sorry to say that- a disgusting shower curtain. No rain shower head. Narrow bath tub instead of a shower - might be dangerous for older people. Bathroom needs urgently refurbishment - who uses a bath tub nowdays? Hotel is extremely big and impersonal. Breakfast room is short of staff and the food feels tasteless - save for the bread. Other hotels of this size offer better breakfast.

We love this hotel and return regularly. It is in a good location centrally between Oxford Street and Knightsbridge. Lovely parks, restaurants and transport options nearby. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very comfortable. There are limited tables near the bar for having a light meal, which always get taken quickly. Otherwise nothing bad to report.
