The room was found, minimally, clean. Couch head stains all over it when we ask for bedding I was only provided sheets and told we cannot have a comforter. There was an extra pillow in the closet no extra comforter provided. The main bed is fine with the sheets on backwards sheets were stained. The shower had mold found stained. Staff refused to handle noise complaints or evening consisted of hearing what sounded like a heard of elephants trampoline overhead. At one point during the evening while sitting a staff member barged into the room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room. One of the worst states we’ve ever encountered in our life. Lastly, you could see light all the way around our door didn’t feel real secure.

Three hours away from home the hotel turned me and my family (a newborn and a toddler) away for a mishap on their part! Said we could just wait for an Unspecified amount of time and be late to our event and refused to simply put us in another room that was available stating it MUST be the one we booked that they didn’t have cleaned and ready. Refused a refund or any sort of compensation because we booked though hotels.com (they claimed it was Expedia) and not directly with the hotel.

There were bugs in our room. They moved us to a different room, but it STILL had bugs. So we had to leave and have not been refunded for our trouble on thanksgiving

It was clean and new . Booking.com did not transfer my reservation information and when I got there I wasn’t able to check in . I have to call their customer service.
