We were on our way to Tennessee and stopped by for an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and well layed out. Beds were comfortable. We slept in and missed breakfast, but coffee and lemon water is available 24/7. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel and the speed of the person in the front desk. Everything is fine except for breakfast, the Olia Maly egg removed the waffles machine early, the cleaning ones were making a lot of noise since before 8 a.m.

The breakfast was terrible. Whoever cooked it needs cooking and seasoning lessons!!! The pool was freezing cold, but everything else was great.

I reserved a room with 2 beds. We found the room quite stuffy and had an obnoxious odor that didn't improve with turning on the air. I headed down to see if they had anything to combat the odor. Stepping into the elevator, there was something on the floor, both there and on the first floor when stepping out. This unidentified spill would remain on the floor by the next morning, albeit stickier. Again the notice was still there, although I rang the bell and the front desk clerk was in the back, just like the last time. I was handed a container of Fabreeze (made a slight improvement). When my spouse went to retire we discovered the fitted sheet on his bed was ripped. I called down to inform them at the desk, as I didn't want to be blamed. My bed was not comfortable. The only nice thing I can say about it was the sheets were extremely soft. Heading down to breakfast in the a.m. my husband commented on the smell of urine in the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was so watered down, it was more like colored water with no true coffee flavor, and the orange and cranberry juices are just as diluted, with little flavor. Notice on the desk still there. We definitely won't be back.

Even though the hotel clearly states it is a nonsmoking hotel, the floor we were on smelled like marijuana. The odor was terrible. The indoor pool water was also quite cold.

The rooms were clean. The property was clean. We didn't have time for breakfast but everything looked delicious. The staff was there to help in every way possible. The parking filled up fast.

Everything was fine with the exception of the sleep sofa. There was no support at the head so the mattress was not comfortable at the head area and you had to lay near the bottom.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room itself and the furniture were was so clean and compared to other hotels, the bed was so soft and comfortable. Despite there being an entire high school wrestling team there, it was so quiet throughout my stay. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area!

I just hate to tell everyone about our favorite secret spot to stay on the south side of Atlanta. This property is always clean!!! It has a nice indoor pool for year round use! Fantastic beds!!!! Clean!!!! Friendly staff!!!

The room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred, but overall we enjoyed our 3-night stay.

*I did have to call the desk to make a noise complaint but it was taken care of quickly.

Parking here was really easy and they were friendly upon arrival. We had no issues with our room. The only thing I could say is that they should clean their elevator a little more.

This is a nice hotel with reasonable rates for the area. The wonderful thing about this property is the friendliness of Paul! I look forward to chatting with him each time I stay! All of the front desk staff are very nice, but Paul is more personable and that makes a huge difference in my experience!

Rooms had no microwave or space to put clothes.

The stairwells smelled very strongly of mold and mildew. You vould just feel the dampness when you walked in. I got the king size bed and my back hurt half way through the first night. I stayed 4 nigyts for work and on the 3rd night i come back with my arms full off dinner and realize my key card had been deactivated. And he checked it and said sorry we only activate them for 2 nights. Ok im sorry next time i wont stay for more than 2 nights. And then trying to get a reciept at check out was impossible. The lady literally had no idea how to print me a reciept

The property had a nice lobby but once you got on the elevator you knew the building quality was subpar. The building was dark and there was an empty room with wires where the ice machine was supposed to be. A hourly motel was located right next door making the property feel unsafe. There were no linens on the sofa bed and we had to request new sheets for the bed. A man banged incessantly on our door at 11:06AM and DEMANDED that we exit the room because checkout was at 11. I will NEVER stay here again and advise all who read this to avoid this property.

Elevator was past its required inspection date. Door lock mechanism ddor our room and some others did not have proper hardware to hold it shut, seemed unsafe. Property is old and needs repair, it appears that surface work was done but there are some structural issues. Staff was great. Location was very convenient.

Hotel smells like moth balls, the room floor was wet, they probably had water damage. Outside my room was a a noisy fan running all night. Overall not very good.

The last night we were their we had problems with the key getting into the room they had to call a lock smith to get into the room and still we couldn't use a key we just had to be careful not to let the door close from the outside we could open from thr inside the staff was very professional during it all we would definitely stay there again if in the area again

It was ok. Would I stay here again? Probably, but I stood at the front desk and waited for 5 minutes before someone came to check us in, the room had a strong smell of musk which was unsettling and made us wonder how much mold was covered up, the mini fridge did not keep things cold. The beds were comfy overall. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable though.

Location location location othereise decent stay beds were comfy the microwave was a plus most stays dont privide them anymore. The breakfast as great seems.like.the cleaning crew only hit the hot spots...the elevator was filthy and had to report a stoppage the phone didnt work i went downstairs and they handed me the plunger ...

Could use some more updates to the rooms and indoor halls to be more modern to match the outside look. Beds were comfortable but bad experience with guests smoking weed just outside near the hallway on our arrival made the halls smell horrible. Management handled the issue well and cleaned the area and had cops show in case any issues.

Superb for as my family being delayed due Enterprise had no rental for me period so that made us VERY LATE checking in. But Comfort Inn FrontDesk took care of that Problem Assured checked on us and told Our Room would still be Available THanks AGAIN For the Excellent Hospitality Tyty

The hotel was clean and updated. The second room he had was clean and comfortable. There was one inconvenience though, that I’m still not sure what happened or why. After we arrived we got all set and comfortable in our room and then the front desk called. We were told something was wrong with our room but gave no other details other than we needed to leave immediately. They had us pack everything up and put us in another room.

The room smelled like a skunk. We went back to the front desk, he seemed sincerely surprised. Gave us another room and escorted us to the room to be sure we were happy.

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. The mattress is old and has not been turned, therefore there is a definite dip in the mattress where solo travelers tend to sleep. Turning the mattresses on a regularar basis would increase the comfort and lifespan. Maybe one floor a week could have the mattresses turned. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We arrived late and although I paid for 6 people they had no pillows or blankets to provide for their sofa bed which was in really bad condition. The breakfast was average. Its probably gonna be a one time stop..definitely not a place to revisit.

I have stayed here several times for work. The parking lot as well as the rest of the property was well maintained. The lobby, dining area, was very clean as well. Rooms have always been on point! I would recommend this to everyone if you're in the area! 10/10

We actually had to change rooms because the people/kids in the adjacent room were so loud. Front desk fortunately had another room available. Rooms were very nice though. Thank you to the employee that brought a small bag that we had forgotten in our 1st room down to us.
