Obviously, I was not expecting the Ritz. I just needed a clean place to sleep for a few hours while driving a long distance. There were bugs in the bathroom in the floor and the tub that were dead and there were bugs in the bathroom sink that were alive. When I put my feet under the covers, there were crumbs all over and then when I got up in the morning and showered the hair. Driver did not work. I’ll be traveling back that direction in a few weeks but believe me I will not stay at this hotel.

There were no shops nearby, and the breakfast location at the reception area is unkempt

Advertised as having a breakfast - only consisted of make yourself coffee, a few muffins, and some bananas. There were holes in the comforters and the furniture in the room. The outside was very run down.

Close to the highway. The room was clean, but the blanket was old and had holes in it and there was no way you wanted to sit on the upholstered chair. Should have been replaced a long time ago.

Location of the hotel was close to my meeting place. Condition of the room was average, and there was nothing available for the breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Restrant and shops near by.
- 3/5
Coffee was in hotel lobby. Good. Some packag ed min muffins also. Rooms were ok. Bed was comfortable. No ice in machine. My hairdryer didnt work. Small tear in carpet between bedroom and bathroom. Caught my sock on the the tacking that held it down.
- 2/5
Hardly anything to chose from.
- 2/5
I was not given the internet password. When I tried to call from the room phone the phone was disconnected. When I went to get ice the ice machine was broken. When I went to the front desk to ask for ice they said there was none available. The carpet was all torn in the transition from the room to the bathroom.

The building itself was run down and it felt like we were in a “stay by the hour” motel. In the room, we found small splatters of what looked like fecal matter (pet ?) on one of the baseboards, dried layers of dirt/ dust around parts of the tub, at least two of the wall plug slots would not hold the cords I tried to plug in ( the slots were old I suppose and just overused. The only really good thing I can say about the place, is that they have great TV channel selections. If the Wyndahm organization signed off on this, they should be ashamed. My rating is one half star!

The customer service was horrible I called the front desk to get a pillow and pillow case she didn’t believe that I stay their she hang up then call the room to verify and then she just hang up again and said nothing we walked up to the front desk and was told they had no clean pillow or pillowcase that was that was their four days and did not get a call or a pillow or pillowcase . then they came to clean the room and told us we are responsible for our own trash we must take it to the dumpster and then she start getting an attitude and speak her native language the room smell so bad the carpet is filthy the doors don’t lock secure and curtains are all old and worned out and they are remodeling and the place is very noisy It was the eorst experience I have ever experience with Wyndham

Room was for one night and was adequate for that

I have to say, when it comes to rating this hotel, my experience was not good — it was bad. Upon arrival, I had booked a king suite, but the desk clerk, after seeing me with my walking cane, mentioned that my assigned room was on the second floor and asked if I’d be able to handle the stairs. I told her no, so she switched me to a first-floor smoking room, which was already not what I booked. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a thick, lingering smell of smoke. While looking around, I saw a large brown water bug (some would call it a cockroach) crawling on the wall. After killing it, I noticed more bugs outside the doorway. The room itself was in very poor condition: • My blanket had 3–4 holes, each about the size of a quarter. • The carpet was sticky, like it had not been cleaned properly in a long time. • The chair was visibly dirty and dingy. • Worst of all, I woke up with 15 bite marks that I believe came from a brown recluse.

Booked this as a last minute hotel and noticed it was a Wyndham hotel, it was much better than any super 8 I've ever seen. Woman at the front desk was nice and helpful, she was able to help with the Tesla charger on site and able to continue my trip on a full charge
- 2/5
Trying to save some money, I chose this Super8. Check in was quick, but the building is in disrepair. Smoke detector chirping when we walked in and this nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. A man came and changed the battery on the smoke detector which lasted until 630 am when it began chirping again. Chair in room was dirty and grimy, but the room appeared to have a new office chair. Carpet felt clean but tile floor was dirty and sticky. No bugs seen. Shower needs redone. Sink appeared to updated. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but bed coverlet had cigarette holes. My clothes even smelled of smoke when I got in the car. At check out, the girl apologized for the smoke detector This should have had a review score of 1. We would not stay hear again.

Room was clean, but no hot water coming from bathroom sink, also couple above us fighting falling downstairs in middle of night.
- 1/5
Sheets and blanket had stains and holes room was not clean at all. Manager even knocked on my door at 9 am to ask if I had checked out so he could clean the room. Check out was 11. Literally rust on all things metal and saw roaches many times. The last pictures is the Chair that is oily and black from never being cleaned. Seemed like Decades of buildup!!! Hope this helps as Expedia Did NOTHING to help and never called back even though I called them that night!!! Was told it was going to be escalated and I would be getting a call Apparently Expedia Doesn't want its Customers to be able to Discuss Something that is not Advertised correctly!!!!

I was here preparing for a baby shower. I used the room for me and my granddaughter to blow up balloons, and assemble a backdrop. Early morning, it started to rain. I pulled my truck under the canopy area to fi n ish loading and prevent a piece from getting soaked while i straighten the tzrp covering it...the lady asked if i would be quick...no one else pulled under that canopy for the next hr! That was so rude, insensitive, and unnecessary!

The entire room was covered in a layer of dust. Every surface you could see it. Floors were not clean either. I dropped a towel down to dry up some water and it was black after I wrote the floor.
- 3/5
The stay was good except the single chair was horrible needs changing or clean
- 3/5
The rooms were neat and clean, but being located so close to the hwy was kind of noisy.
- 1/5
I didn’t even bother to check in. I drove up and the property was very run down and sketchy. The photos on Expedia are very misleading. I did not feel safe staying there as a solo female traveler. I ended up having to book a different hotel which was a bummer. I wasn’t able to get a refund on this hotel as I arrived after check-in time due to traffic and construction delays.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed and location. Close to interstate and restaurants.
- 4/5
We rented 2 rooms both on 1st floor, both rooms was clean. Didnt see any bugs at all. It is older hotel so dont expect a 5 star room... We had 1 dog with us. Beds was semi-comfy if you like firm mattresses. Pillows wasnt very comfy though. Location Was quiet. Breakfast was pathetic though lol had 4 small blueberry muffins, 2 honey buns, and watered down juice but other than that have no complaints. Gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and the lady that checked us out was also friendly. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Looks rundown from the outside
- 4/5
Was a good value. Breakfast was pretty sparse. Coffee, one kind of packaged muffins, bananas and juice.
- 4/5
The rooms can be updated a bit
- 5/5
Staff and stay was amazing
- 2/5
They advertise breakfast included. Only thing offered is uncle Wally’s bagged muffins and kuerig coffee. Nothing to choose from.
- 3/5
The other Super 8’s were cleaner, remodeled and had a decent breakfast. This one only had a banana, packaged sweet muffins, juice and “make your own Kurig coffee.
- 1/5
Not much to like. The bathroom door sticks when you try to open it, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom even the hair dryer holder was attached to the wall. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. There was an empty box of Kleenex on the the bathroom counter and the ice machine was not working.,..it had a sign on it that said "Out Off Order" that my nine year old daughter pointed out that the spelling was wrong. I asked the office if they had ice available or another ice machine and they told me that they did not do I walked about 50 feet from the hotel office to buy a bag of ice from the gas station by the hotel. They also only had bananas, muffins and coffee for breakfast. The only customer service that they have at the UnSuper8 in Locust Grove, Georgia is the one that takes your money, tells you what room that you will be staying in and takes your room card when you leave. I will never stay there again or any other UnSuper8 Hotels!

Super 8 isn't a luxury brand. Everything I needed worked fine. There was obvious wear in parts of the room but nothing that caused problems.

- 2/5
It's the adage you get what you pay for, not very clean, not a very safe feeling, but cheap.
- 5/5
Staff was really nice. Comfortable beds. Not a fancy hotel but clean and convenient off expressway. Dog friendly rooms
- 1/5
The nastiest hotel I've ever been too. Roaches crawling everywhere. Urine all ove the toliet and bathtub .GROSS! The only thing positive i can say is the staff was great about refunding me for the room so i could stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
I love the fact that it was clean like literally u can take your shoes off and walk on the carpet with white socks and not worry about the socks being black on the bottom
- 5/5
My stay was amazing relax and calm, just the way I like it
- 5/5
Excellent stay for the price. Desk lady was super nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again.
- 5/5
Great stay! Perfect hotel for an overnight stay after a long day. Clean, nice, all the way from bed sheets to towels to the whole room.
- 2/5
This area is quiet and conveniently located. I use the washer and dryer everytime I stay here. I enjoy the front desk receptionistscourtesy and professionalism. Key cards are deactivated thirty minutes before checkout time. The management needs much improvement. No customer service acumen whatsoever.
- 2/5
I've stayed here three times and will not return. I told the housekeeping staff my babys' bottle spilled milk on the pillow. They just changed the pillowcase and flipped it over. The housekeeping staff did not change the blankets at all, which is pretty disgusting. The management is very unfriendly and disagreeable.
- 2/5
The front desk receptionists are much more pleasant to deal with than the management. I spend so much money doing laundry at this motel and the management is still unfriendly and disagreeable.
- 2/5
This motel is alright for one or two night stays. I liked that the ice maker was functional. The management is very unfriendly and disagreeable.
- 5/5

Run down, lots of trash or broken items in places. Lots of cats walking around. Advertised they had breakfast and they no longer have any hot items. No protein at all. No peanut butter even for a bagel. Disappointed!!

- 5/5
Well landscaped. Didn't see any trash in parking lot.

Checked into a two-queen room after 9:00 PM and around 10:00 PM went to the office to ask for more pillows since there were only four total for three of us, but I was told that housekeeping had already left and there was no access to the pillows. I later realized that we only had two sets of towels. The three roaches (one in the bed) were also not welcome. Went for breakfast in the morning to find only coffee, juice, muffins and bananas.
- 4/5
Hard mattress, bad breakfast light shining in the room
- 5/5
Good for the price
- 2/5
Room is dirty and the chair in the room was stained and smelled horrible
- 5/5
This motel is easy to find and only a block from i-75. This is an older motel, but the owner has done a nice job of keeping it clean and relatively up to date. Personally, I like some of the older motels. That said, it is clean with the usual amenities.
- 4/5
All was good
- 1/5
Bugs in room shower and in bed. I had to go.to office everyday and get key rekeyed. We were locked out of room everyday.
- 1/5
My wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the Super 8 Motel. Having driven 12 hours, we were tired. Preparing to go to bed, we found 4 cockroaches on the floor near the wash basin. We killed them. We were too tired to leave the motel. We repacked our clothes and luggage in the car. Next morning we found a 5th cockroach. On checking out we showed the dead cockroaches to Roween, the motel employee and expressed our disgust. We have used hotels.com many times in the past with excellent service and cleanliness. Not this time. we advise future travelers to avoid this motel in Locust Grove, Georgia.

My car had broke down on sat. The guy who was going to fix it picked it up at 10 on sun at the hotel said he would bring it back with in 2 hours. I checked out at 11 and went to sit in the lobby and the guy at the front desk rudely told me i had to go i could not sit there and wait for my car. He actually made me go out of the dining srea then proceeded to tell me to go outside. I asked him if he was really kicking me out and he said YES. So i had to go out i told him i wss going to report him to the corporate office before i could my son called i was fit to be tied i told my son they thought i wss on the phone with corporate so the came out and said i could wait inside. My car was ready at 11:35. I will never stay at another Super 8

Upon entering room 109 the first chair had a white towel hanging out of it. On further examination the towels and wash clothe were Samoa be smelled of urine. We went no further and went to the desk clerk and showed her the pictures gave her the key and told her we were leaving the property.
