It was a ok hotel. The pool was way smaller then from the pic. Room was not the cleanest, bar of soap left in the shower under the pull out couch was a soda bottle and some garbage, the filters on the air conditioner were dirty.

The room was not as clean as one would expect- the bathroom especially. The pillows were very flat. The comforter was dirty - not just stained. They did not have enough extra bedding for the extra beds they provided. Only 2 towels for a king suite that sleeps 6. The front desk staff was very nice and check-in was a breeze. Worked for what was needed at the moment - would not book again.

Sewer gases were coming from the sink. Had to plug the drain and vent. Price was right. You get what you pay for.

It was under renovation while we were there. We didnt use the pool as we checked in and left to go to supper and got back late. The room only had 2 towels in it, so before you go to take showers make sure you ask for more.

The bed was super noisy and shaped like a potato chip

All the carpets were unvacuumed, elevator small and very dirty. weight room had a musty smell and pool room was small and unkempt. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy and waffles for their main course. No shampoo/conditioner and had to always ring to get assistance.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Not only is it very clean and the staff are great, but the location is unbeatable. For me, it's the best located hotel in Lincoln. Happy I gave this hotel a try, and would stay again if back in the area.

My stay was perfect, and the location is great. There's a Hy-Vee supermarket right next door, a Dollar Tree almost next door, and many other stores and restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive or bus ride away.

Rooms need upgraded, bathroom door handle broken. Bedding was dirty, definitely would not stay here again. Pictures on website were desisive, looked nicer online. Had two rooms and the second room was very humid and couldn’t get temperatures adjusted in rooms.

Only two towels bath in the room and the front desk was out. No sheets or bedding on the pull out or in the room to put on the pull out.

The stage was very friendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
