Out room had no cove base and the carpet was painted around the edges I felt like they had tried there best to get room cleaned before giving us keys

I had just driven for over 8 hours and really needed a good night’s rest. Boy oh boy did I ever!!! Then to top it off, I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before getting back on the road again.

There is construction throughout the hotel. No noise in the morning or late at night but stuff everywhere. Would be nice if Hotels.com could inform the guests of the mess before we book an overpriced room. Good location.

Website did not give notice of a major remodel taking place. No laundry available, could not use pool.breakfast was late starting and was fair. Property to change hands end of year to Marriot.

Even though they are in the middle of a remodel, the rooms are clean and everything functions. Staff is always helpful!

Friendly staff No baseboards. Hole on the wall. No sheets for the sofa sleeper. Obviously the room was being renovated but not done.

Put us in a room that was being renovated. E.g., No baseboards, had outlet covers missing and wires exposed, and primer on walls.

This hotel is currently under construction so the main problem we had with the accessible bathroom in our room may be taken care of once it has been remodeled. We booked a handicap accessible room but there wasn’t one grab bar in the bathroom and the toilet sat way too low, so we had to go out and purchase a seat riser with handles for the toilet. Same story with the roll-in/walk in shower, not one grab bar for assistance and no shelf to hold toiletries. The cleanliness of the room was okay. On a positive note, the coffee was very good the next morning : )

The hotel was under major renovations and this was not communicated on the website where we reserved. We thought the renovations were only in the lobby but our room was being renovated as well and it was a mess with plaster dust and paint on the carpet, broken handle on the closet, bathroom door that took two hands to open, open electrical outlets with wires showing, missing baseboard in most of the room, torn up carpet, fixtures missing in the bathroom and more. We were exhausted and did not complain that night but in the morning talked to the staff and said it should have been advertised as being under renovation. They would do nothing about it. Breakfast was a disappointment as the juice machine was not working and other things were amiss as well. Very disappointing for what we expected from this type of hotel. Hope it's nice when it's done.

They are remodeling the motel so things were a little rougher than the last few times we stayed. Breakfast was OK also. Maybe when we stop in again next year they'll be finished. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Mom here: the staff were 10/10 friendly. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2026) carpet is pending replacement once construction is over. I have no complaints the bed was comfortable, the room got as cold as we wanted, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast was solid. No construction sounds outside of 9a-4p. Parking lot was safe and large. Accommodating staff. Last minute stay in Lincoln. Would stay here again especially with how kind people were.. once the hotel is finished with construction it will be 5/5.
