This place was amazing! Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful awesome that both were open till 10pm. Breakfast was good. Awesome coffee selection. Little store was great and stocked full of things might need but forgot. We had a washer and dryer in our room only thing was we weren’t able to use washer because the drawer to put detergent in wouldn’t open due to door frame was in the way. But it was fine. Overall amazing stay! We will definitely return!

You, Booking.com, CANCELED my reservation an hour and a half before I was supposed to check in. I called and confirmed the reservation a couple weeks prior and you also charged my card a couple weeks prior and then you just decided to cancel my family's trip because supposedly you overbooked us. We traveled, my daughter, my dogs, my husband, my family, we traveled to this hotel to stay, and you have the audacity to cancel me an hour and a half before checking in time. 0 stars, I will never use you again. This is absolute horse crap, and I will make sure that all my family and friends will never use you either. This is unacceptable. Do better for families.

A special place and a nice change from usual hotel stays. Loved being able to sit on our porch and enjoy the gardens and trees.

Beautiful grounds. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free ice cream, slushies and breakfast is a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood was fine.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. Updated property, very clean rooms. Comfortable sheets and beds. Nice pool and outdoor lounge area. Great complimentary breakfast, coffee, ice cream and slushies. Perfect for families.

Breakfast was great! Outdoor pool closed most evenings (thunderstorms almost every day). The online checking process was confusing but it turns out I didn't need to use that anyway--checking in at the desk was easy. We did not get a visit from housekeeping during our stay but were able to get towels and garbage bags from the front desk, which was okay. We would stay here again though--room was comfortable, just hard to really darken the room for a toddler to sleep with the security lights right outside windows. Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend.

The room was great! Beautiful fireplace, comfortable beds & perfect pillows. Unlimited ice cream @ slushies made my granddaughters squeal with delight. The cappuccino machine had me feeling the same way. Breakfast offered quite the variety & was absolutely delicious!! The little patio was a perfect spot for me to enjoy my morning cup of coffee.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. The other days a young girl was at desk she barely looked up and has very little if any customer service skills to say the least. Couldn’t even get coffee one morning. Beds in this room we stayed in was not the best. We’ve stayed here many times and haven’t had this issue so might just be that room as this is the first time. Never had maid service this visit either. Pool and area was well taken care of.
