Location and friendly staff. Great breakfast variety. First floor room was very musty and damp feeling and musty smell. Did not address with staff because I knew they were sold out.

The online images are 100% deceptive--this is place is, in a word, a DUMP. The external stairs are unlocked, the place smells of mildew, and the rooms were shabby and poorly maintained. We paid a premium for a room during an event weekend, which had missing lightbulbs, stained carpets, barely any hot water, an AC unit that could not adequately cool the room, and tired bedding. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.
