This is an okay place to stay. I travel a lot in business and have noticed many other Hilton properties with better amenities (bathrooms upgrades etc). but this one is okay. Safe, close to food and the interstate. Very loud in the rooms, people walking upstairs, tv’s next door etc. Not something the hotel can really control but something you definitely notice.

If you like to workout while traveling this is not your place. Only 1 of 2 treadmills worked, no weights and exteremly hot workout room.

I can't give it a good review because we were moved to another hotel due to supposed plumbing issues, however I wonder if they were overbooked as we were In town for a large event. While I was placed in a different hotel for no additional cost, I felt that the accommodations were inferior to what I had originally booked. I was a bit annoyed as im a very picky traveler and had accordingly made this reservation 6 months prior to the event. I am thankful however that I had a safe place to stay. I have been choosing Hilton family accomodations more often recently, however if such disruptions continue, I may pivot to a more reliable brand.

Beds were like cardboard templates and they were full size beds, not queen size. We slept horribly.

Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was not complimentary. We were located perfectly however.

This all meant that our plans had to change. I stayed one of the two nights we had booked. I am greatly disappointed how incredibly insensitive both hotels. Com and Hilton have been. I was not asking for a refund, but a credit to use for another time. You both should be ashamed of yourself. I will NEVER use your services again and I will NEVER stop talking about this company negatively. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!
